I wanted to wait to write this review so I could make sure I give the best review possible. My wife and I are a first time boat owner and wasn't sure what we were getting ourselves into. Let me tell you, Ken Deb, Patrick, Don, Andy and all other staff on site are top notch. They have made the experience of owning a boat, needing it serviced, a quick question for help or anything an amazing experience.
We used there rack service for the season and that was truly exceptional, never had to wait for my boat to be launched more than 5 minutes after showing up at the marina. Of course if you called when you were on the way the boat was always in the water when I arrived.
As the season came to a close they sent out there winterization and storage paperwork to see what services you need, again another great service. They handled everything for you and kept you informed.
I am truly happy that I purchased through them, used there rack system, and now winter storage for the season. Can't wait till 2025 and many more seasons.
