Good stores but they should open earlier. I wish buses would run more often. The shuttle sucks.

The center is largely outlet stores. It's a small location. Stores, for the most part open at 10 a.m. lots of free parking. All stores have easy entrance for the mobility impaired. San Leandro's auto row is across the street. Great shopping while your car is being serviced.
