We discovered this place on a whim, and fell in love with it. I love the atmosphere and the shops in this plaza.

The restaurants are really good with many variations. So far I have tried 3-4 restaurants here and they are delicious. The boba shop is just average, but it’s the only one in the area.

A good Asian supermarket near our residence, and other businesses such as hair salon, dry cleaning services.

It’s a good shopping plaza.

Traveling thru and stopped at Dennys at 4a. The had a handwritten sign saying closed until 5a. Website says open 24 hours. LAME.

The shopping center has a wide variety of shops. Barbershop, hair salon, nail salon, grocery store, boba tea. Restaurant wise, they have Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese and Taiwanese bakery.
Parking situation can be tough sometimes but manageable.

Too many Asian businesses. There are not only Asians in this neighborhood. I went in an Asian bakery here and they wouldn't acknowledge me, so I walked out.

A favorite grocery store near my home. Always clean and well lit . Many unusual Asian and Latin items. Wonderful Asian Deli .
They sell a card that allows purchases of 40.00 or more give money toward t the cooked deli products. I use this often

Has a variety of Asian restaurants and one real good taco place. The Asian grocery store has a great selection of fish and other seafood food.
