The worst shopping experience ever

I recently had a disappointing experience with Marc Jacobs in Vacaville, CA. I purchased a crossbody bag as a gift, but encountered multiple issues with the delivery. Despite providing clear instructions, the item was sent to the wrong addresses twice. It's frustrating and has left me without the gift or a refund. They barely deserve a star!

Honestly don’t waste your time. Young aged staff, not truly discounted items, and all sales are final for all purchases. Found a 20% coupon provided by the company yet the sales associate said they’ll only give 10%. Better off buying from a regular retail store or the main website in general.
