After seven frustrating trips to a previous repair shop, spending nearly $2,000, and dealing with repeated issues like unbalanced tires, broken wheel lugs, and misaligned wheels, I was at my wit's end. On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to give Main Street Tire & Auto a try—and I’m so glad I did.

From the start, they provided prompt, quality service and corrected the problem on the first visit. Not only did they fix everything efficiently, but they also offered a great price for the repairs. After my previous experience, I was understandably cautious and thought I felt a vibration again. Turns out, what I was feeling was just normal road vibration from my new tires performing as they should.

The team at Main Street Tire & Auto was incredibly patient with me. They took the time to explain everything in detail, from how the new parts would feel different to why I was experiencing certain sensations while driving. They even went the extra mile, accompanying me on a road test to ensure I understood what was happening.

I’ve been here a few times and at first as a woman I have always felt nervous about coming into mechanic shops alone , due to fear of being taken advantage or the rest of what stereotypically happens with women when they visit mechanic shops but here that is not the case at all - WOMEN FRIENDLY 110% from the first time I started coming here to currently I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and priority by Steve , he is the best ! Very welcoming and accommodating from start to finish , I would recommend this place to everyone in the area looking for an oil change or tire swap , support small local businesses instead of annoying big places like Pep boys who don’t value your time or money ! This place is worth it ! Your car/truck is in good hands here and the staff is amazing ! Thank you guys for taking care of my car needs ! And thank you Steve!
