Purchased a blower from them while in another state. Took me about a month to get down there and pickup. I was running late and they were close to being closed for the day so I called ahead. They all stayed until I arrived after closing to make sure I got my equipment. Super nice. Chip was the guy who made sure I was taken care of.

I have been going to Main Street mower since it was a little shop in Windermere. I can not express how disappointed I am with this company now. I recently had my zero turn mower fully serviced by them and I thought everything was good to go. I mowed my yard twice and on the third time which was further out as the weather is cooling and grass growing slower I pulled my mower out of my shed and noticed there was oil on the floor under my mower. I immediately pulled the mower out and tried to put it on my trailer to take to Main Street mower to see what’s wrong, but it stopped and I had to push it out front and put it on my trailer. Upon arrival to the shop the tech immediately diagnosed the issue as the oil filter not being screwed in tightly after being serviced. Sitting in my shed for a couple weeks had completely drained the oil from the mower. When I started the mower to take it out it caused the mower motor to seize up. When they called me a week later after diagnosing the issue and give me a price for repair, I was floored with what they had to say. They did everything they could to avert blame for their faulty service they did. I asked them how they could possibly think it’s my fault the oil filter wasn’t screwed in all the way, when I had no clue where the oil filter even was until they just showed me when the tech showed me how loose it was. 10 years I have owned this mower and for 10 years Main Street has serviced it every year. The guy in the shop told me I should check the oil every time I have to mow and I told him I just had it fully serviced why would I need to check my oil. Then he told me that I should have called them as soon as I saw all the oil after I pulled the mower out so they could come pick it up(for a fee). I told him that I immediately went to put the mower on the trailer to take to them. How was I to know that the oil was completely gone, it was just serviced. My trailer was 100 feet from my shed. What really got me when talking to the service guy after assessment was when he said they would split the cost of man hours for service to install a new motor for their part of fault. He told me it would take 3 hours to replace but the new motor would be over $2000 at my expense. I told him that’s more than half the cost of a new mower and he agreed. I said I could not take that hit for something that was not my fault and clearly from a recent service. Everyone I have talked to has told me that if the oil filter was put in tightly like it’s supposed to, I would not have had the oil leak out. I was just so disappointed that this company beat around the bush to try and push blame off their service departments error and put it on me and not stand by their work. I am now out my mower and will have to buy a new one for thousands of dollars and find a new company to service my mower. So disappointing.

I’ll give them a plus for the quick turn on repairs.
Butt…
After 10+ years, my Honda power washer needed a new carburetor.
Main Street mower replaced it back in April. All was good.
Fast forward to September. Similar fuel problem.
Brought it back and they put in a new carburetor.
And charged me for the replacement. $90plus.
No warranty, no consideration for a failed repair.
Arrogant response from service, that I caused the fuel problem.
Not impressed with this business.

Love this place! JP is a great guy, doing his job above and beyond. In general everyone is friendly and helpful here that's the reason I'm coming here for over 3 years now! They honest and price reasonable so I highly recommend it for all your lawn moewr needs! Thanks Main Street for fixing my mashine again!!!

My Stihl hedge trimmer would not start I drop it off at the shop. Went back the next day they started it up and it was running great. I asked him how much I owe and he said no charge, great service and I am very satisfied.

Visited Main Street Mower for the first time today because the back tire on my riding lawnmower was flat. I brought the tire up expecting to drop it off and was surprised that they immediately took it to identify what the problem was. 10 minutes later they brought my tire back to me plugged and filled. They explained where the hole was and what they did to fix it. $10 later and I was out the door with a fixed tire. I really appreciate the quick and honest work that they provided today.

Steve took care of me like always came and bought this used and he had the guys check everything and put new coils on my 52in zmaster I love you guys over there yall never let me down!!!!
