I hardly receive my mail, and have had my tax refund returned to IRS, possibly because the proprietor placed my mail in the wrong p.o. box. I have had my neighbor's mail in my box, so it's a fair assumption. Also, you do not have the option to forward your mail to another address, as it's a third party package service.*Update* I applied for a replacement drivers license on 10/04. I called DMV 12/12. DMV says my driver's license was sent in mid October, and has not been returned to DMV. I really would like to know WHERE my driver's license is?

Very disappointed. I went there at 8:45AM on 12/9/24 and it was still closed. Wasted my time.

Owner is rude and is absolutely no help if you leave your package with him and it is lost. Response is he is not responsible. Every service offered is over priced, including standard postage rates. I thought standard ment the same everywhere.

Well, package got picked up by FedEx here but it worried me that you get no receipt confirming drop off - so if a package were to go missing after drop off it's going to be your word against Mail Choice's. No way to prove that you dropped it off there. Two stars for location and convenience, -3 stars for making me worry about it all day until I could confirm FedEx pickup online. I'll have to go to an actual FedEx location next time just to avoid the stress.

The worst customer service, I have only been here once and my package was never sent the tracker said no movement. The whole time I was in line he was done assisting the customer ahead of us and just carrying on a conversation. So rude and unorganized.

Came here for Livescan yesterday. Without being informed of their pricing and payment policy, the employee Tom proceeded with filling out my form and inputting my information into the Livescan software on their laptop. After finalizing his task, Tom tells me the total is going to be about $72 and $49 of that having to be in cash only. I told him I don't have cash. He said "I guess the government doesn't want to be paid in credit card." Told him I have a debit card. He said most people go to Stater Bros next door and just pull out the $49 in cash and pay the rest in card. I asked why was I not informed of this prior such as online prior to coming. He said "it should be (online)." I told him I can't do that and will have to go elsewhere. He replied with "well most people just go to Stater Bros and get the money. You can just do that." I took my form and left which I printed from my own printer at home. And, no, Tom I don't qualify under the category of most people. You should've just been upfront from the get-go about your policies not after you finish taking my personal information.

Plus, I don't even see they even have a website online. Regardless of the policy, I'm not going to go to Stater Bros to buy something so I can pull out cash. And, I'm not going to the bank that's inside Stater Bros because I have a checking account with a credit union - anyone other than a credit union will charge me to pull out MY money from them. The point of me trying to get Livescan is so I can get a license I need for a new job because money is tight.

First time here and plan on NEVER returning. Ended up getting my Livescan done at another postal office in Redlands where the service was quick, honest (and from the get go), cheaper ($69), and took ONE method of payment.
