Staff is very helpful and friendly. Linda tightened the prongs on a pendant for us in person. The piece had a loose stone and was purchased elsewhere, but she happily secured it for us. Thank you for helping us on short notice before the holidays! I would also recommend visiting to view other wonderful treasures and jewelry.

What a fun and beautiful place. Felt like I was in a well curated museum with an incredible selection of unique, eclectic items. Usually I find one, maybe two things I want or could see in my home but in this store I want every single thing. The whole store has a really warm vibe to it. The women working here were quite friendly and helpful. It's not often you can say you felt better leaving a store than when you entered, just from walking around inside. Most definitely I'll be back.

A store you can count on for gifts and fun sundry items to pamper yourself with too. Candles, functional artwork, jewelry, apothecary items, baskets,... even chocolate! It's really a fun place to just go in and poke your nose around to see what's new. The owner has quality taste and treats her customers so very well. She will even beautifully wrap gifts for you. I would really miss this store if it were gone.

My first time in the remodeled expanded store. I found a pair of bamboo slacks or so I was told. There was no price. The store clerk said, oh let’s look at the others. I said I had and they weren’t priced either. She looked at a different color and they were marked. She encouraged me to try them on which I did. After my purchase I was informed there was a three day return on clothing for store credit. I gave her my credit card which her machine would not read. I told her I had just used it 15 minutes ago and Aldo this morning and there was no problem. She tried it on the other machine and it wouldn’t read. Very strange. I never have problems. I wrote a check.
I went over to Starbucks to make a purchase and see if the card worked and it did. I went back to Magnolia and told the clerk it worked fine. I got a thumbs up. This clerk had told me that she didn’t have other problems with cards not being read. I asked the other clerk on my way out if indeed there were similar problems with cards and she said that it had happened before. I didn’t get the straight scoop from the first clerk. I also had to ask for a bag for my pants and she gave me a plastic bag not designed for clothing. I would have been a good return customer had it not been for my experience today.

Such a cool store!
It’s impossible to walk past magnolia without going in. It has such a beautiful vibe you’ll feel like your walking through an enchanting art gallery.
So many unique and interesting things there’s something beautiful and quality for everyone.
