Extremely unprofessional and rude employees. We went in to look for prom dresses, and found nothing but overpriced, cheap junk. There were only two dressing rooms and it took forever to get in. As soon as I got in they told me to take my bra off and tell them to come back in to zip the dress for me. I was extremely uncomfortable with the whole thing. They wouldn't let my family come in to help me whatsoever. When I told them not to come in because I was clearly not ready, the lady held the door wide open while she was calling someone on her phone. My aunt told her to close the door but she didn't listen. After trying on a few dresses I told them I was done. She tried putting me in a dress that we all knew would be too small. My family told her that it wouldn't work out because of my size, but she told us that their store was high end not like any other dress shop around. It clearly is because I've never been to a dress shop that treated their customers with this much disrespect. I heard a girl in the dressing room yelling for them not to come in because her breasts were out, yet they held the door wide open and stared. Another girl could barely sit down or move because they kept giving her dresses that were too small. Please, if you have any common sense or appreciate boundaries, do not go to this shop.

I was just there this past sunday with my friend and her parents looking for our senior prom dresses. When we first got there the two younger employees were very nice and welcoming. We told them that we were just starting to look for dresses and didn't know if we were going to buy today or not. One of the employees told both me and my friend to pick our 4 dresses that wow'd us and she'd get us a fitting room. We tried on 4 dresses and decided to keep looking, the owner has just got to the store by now and the employees are talking about her saying that people are going to get kicked out. Implying her boss is rude and was just talking bad about her overall. When me and my friend got 4 more dresses to try on, I go put the first dress on and the owner pulls me aside separately from my friend and her parents and asked me what style and color I wanted, when I told her I wasn't sure and was just looking for ideas she told me "well if that's the case then you can only try on one more dress and that's it. you've tried on 20 different dresses and every other dress store you go to will only let you try on 3 dresses if you don't plan to buy. Mind you, I was only on my 5th dress and that was because HER employee told me I could try on more dresses. There was another girl there trying on homecoming dresses, she had at least 15 dresses that she was trying on and nothing was said to her. I felt very insecure because I was having lots of fun trying on dresses for my last prom and she made me feel like it only takes 3 dresses and boom I found the one, sorry but the dresses were cheaply made and incredibly expensive for what was given. For how expensive the dresses were, I should be able to try on as many as I want in order to know if I should go on with a payment. I will say the other employees were very nice and apologized on her behalf.

Complete horrible. Went in an had to wait an hour to even start trying on dresses, then I found a dress and I needed a size small so we went to order it and we were forced to pay a shipping fee even though it was being shipped to the store and not my home. Finally went in to get the dress and asked the try the dress on in the store just to be sure there was nothing wrong with it and got told no that I could not try it on. Got home and tried on the dress to find out that a couple of the strings holding the beads on were broken. Called the place and told them that they were broken and got blamed for it. She said “no you must of been wearing bracelets or rings and that’s what broke it” I then asked how much it’s going to be to come in AGAIN to get it fixed and she told us she’s not sure. The dress was 600 had to pay 700 for taxes and shipping and now I must go back to get it fixed which will cost me even more. If I wanted to go spend a 1000 dollars on a dress I would’ve done that from the start. Unbelievable.

AWFUL experience! only 2 staff members and an owner who were all very inexperienced, unprofessional and not friendly! when I walked it a women came up telling me to let her know when we needed assistance, when we were ready to try on she told us we couldn’t because we needed an appointment (we were the only customer and the store is located in a mall which isn’t practical to need an appointment for) she decided to finally let us try and told us she had to tie the dress for me once I put it on but then walked away and never came back so I called over the other employee to tie my dress. the dresses were very POOR quality broken zippers, missing embellishments, stains.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to an actual professional bridal and prom boutique like Jan’s or Delilah’s

We were at the mall shopping for prom dresses. We go into the store, no other customers, no employees, nothing. We looked around for a bit, found a dress to try on. Still no employees. The "fitting rooms" were right there. Finally, an employee comes out and tells us we need an appointment to try on dresses. I looked everywhere at the entrance, there were zero signs saying that. Why on earth would you be in a mall and refuse customers when your store is completely empty! What an absolutely uncomfortable and odd experience!

I’m pretty surprised at some of the bad reviews here. Just went in today to prom dress shop for my daughter and we had a great experience. I didn’t catch her name but she was working alone and she was every bit of friendly. She had patience with us and let my daughter try on a few dresses…. She even let me put a dress on my 3 year old for fun so she can look like a princess. She smiled the entire time and was kind. We did purchase the dress and I thought the price was pretty good, compared to another store we went to.

So I say thank you for a great experience and helping my daughter find her prom dress

If I could less than 1 star I would, the person who claimed to be the owner was extremely rude to my daughter whom was shopping for her senior prom gown, she made several comments very rudely about how her tummy wouldn’t fit in the dress she liked and kept suggesting dresses that my daughter had no interest in because she thought it would fit her tummy. She openly and rudely was discussing my daughter’s size in front of other customers, probably the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever met running a clothing store. They’ve lost our business.
