The carport was installed in March 2024. They were missing the roll up door. Numerous calls later some installers finally came weeks later just to find out that the door opening was too small. The installer luckily was smart enough to fabricate another brace to mount the door at.
But after not even 3 months I detected bad welds and rust and corrosion already forming on one of the upper support beams.
Very poor quality! Looks as if they had taken left over parts and just welding them together.
I can't recommend this poor craftsmanship!

We had Maan Made build us a garage last summer. The whole process was a nightmare. It started with all 3 of the garage doors being a whole foot short and a bunch of damaged and scratched panels. Had them back out to fix their mistakes and the new work didn't really solve the original problems, just replaced them with new problems. On the second trip they were even missing steel and basic materials. I ended up getting them tape for the insulation and galvanizing compound to finish the job. Now I've started having a leak from the roof. Found the culprit being misplaced screws in the roof. Not worth your hard earned money, save yourself the headache.

I highly recommend you do not attempt to buy anything from this company. I put a deposit down more than 2 months ago I ordered it. I have been told multiple times that it would be this week for delivery and install. After being promised it would be last week and still not delivered I want to cancel order and get my deposit back. I have called and text sales rep with zero response. Called Man Made directly 3 times the lady that answers says she is the only one there and has no clue what to do that she only started 3 weeks ago. This should not be a big deal but very frustrating it has become.

Absolutely the WORST!!! See pictures! ALL 5 windows installed crooked (and STILL leak after they were supposed to correct the HORRIBLE installation), siding cut short all over and wavy long cuts, garage doors that have a ¾” gap on the bottoms and the doors were NEVER adjusted for easy opening/closing, NO levels were used to put in support beams and framing (no wonder the windows don't fit) and the list of 28 items that needed correction can go on and on. Totally UNSKILLED workers!!!! However, they did clean up some (even their BEER BOTTLES) after they finished, with the exception of screws (perfect for flat tires). It’s no wonder they force ya to pay immediately after they finish... once they get YOUR money, good luck getting anything done right!
BTW, office staff will tell you “we’ll do anything to make you happy”, but send out the SAME un-skillled workers to correct their mistakes... after the installation shows they have NO IDEA of how to do it right in the 1st place!
Lastly, if you try to show the workers the problems, they just argue with you and say "it's supposed to be that way"?

I purchased a carport from them 2 months ago. Since then, nothing. I've got 2 phone calls from them and all they have are excuses. If I don't get my carport very soon, there will be a lawsuit. This company sucks. Don't buy from them

So because I hung 2 garage doors they say the barn was altered so there for they can not complete the barn. Missing trim,door trim to short, supposed to have mobile home anchors instead they used half inch rebar with a nut welded to it. Pro pannel sheeting 16 inches to short. One star is one to many. Here we are March 2023 still no intentions on completing the job. Maybe the better business bureau or the attorney Generals office might take an interest in this as the are not licensed to do business in New Mexico. Way to go Maan Made Carports and Josies carports!
