I felt so comfortable is her presence, we laughed, shared stories, and found the correct fit for me. I have a congenital chest deformity that proved to be no challenge for her or her extensive selection of beautiful, and elegant bras. Very happy with my new purchases and I will definitely be returning for her assistance again!

I met Crystal through a mutual friend and boy, am I glad I met her. She helped transform all of my undergarments to the correct size and it has helped my back, neck and shoulders so much. She is kind, honest. smart. funny and knows her stuff! The products she sells are amazing quality and you couldn't ask for a better selection. She is appointment only and you will need at the very least an hour to get the full service she offers. HIGHLY recommend!

I came in on Wednesday 08/14/24 to get professionally fitted. You see, I had lost a significant amount of weight and the only bras I owned were from when I weighed my heaviest. So, I decided to splurge a little. Spoke to my coworker and she recommended this place because, in her words, "I never experience back pain ever since she got measured and bought a couple bras."

The sign on the door had me startled for a minute, but I waited until my appointment time and thankfully they were open.

Browsed around while I waited for the fitter and owner, Crystal, to arrive. She arrived and it's noticeable. She's got an air of confidence and positivity about her.

So, we started the fitting process. She looked at what I was currently wearing, and immediately was like "let me grab some things." She came back with like 10 different bras every time she left for me to try on.

Crystal is an amazing fitter! Definitely recommend and hope you guys give her a chance too, because it's amazing how a good fitting bra doesn't hurt.

I had an amazing time shopping and trying on lingerie. They were very attentive and helped me find what I want. Saying that my visit was back in August and it is now November and I am still missing part of my order. I have called, emailed, and texted but no one will get back to me. It is not feasible for me to just drive there and hope my stuff is there. I spent way too much money for this to be happening. Actual try on experience 5/5. Getting my products 0/5.

I’d had a stellar experience at Lucy’s and brought in an out-of-state friend who’d nearly given up on finding anything that was both flattering and comfortable. Crystal provided a fantastic fitting and my friend was floored at being able to order two items to meet her needs.

I later learned there was a problem with one of the orders and went to the shop to do a pick-up and make an inquiry on my friend’s behalf. The staff was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and then kindly offered a prompt resolution—another solid in-store customer service experience.
