I give the deli a poor review because of Terrible service and rude workers. The Blonde 👱‍♀️ haired lady was so rude with service she was trying to rush the customers orders and she gave everyone attitude, when customers would ask her the simplest a reasonable question , like about “ Prices on certain foods in the hot case”?, “what’s on sale this week”? She looked like she didn’t want to be there and do her job, attending the customers. I know deli is tough and it’s not easy work. But could we just fix this problem. I don’t want to leave to another store to shop, I really like Luckys I’m a regular. It’s usually ok every other day. But just not when she’s working there. I like to add my family was just in the store yesterday, picking our hot food from the case. I believe the lady’s name was “Amber”. She was very rude and didn’t want to help us. She glanced over at us and walked back into the deli kitchen. This is not the first time dealing with this lady in the rude way she serves us and other customers. Please deal with her.

Went in to get their Fried Chicken for Dad and their Chicken Tenders and Potato Wedges for Mom. I called in to ask them to drop in a fresh batch of chicken, it only takes 15 minutes! (I always call in ahead of time for their 8 pc & the wings. I love the Salt & Vinegar ones @ the Holmes location)! Well, the lady told me that they had just dropped a batch and that they would be ready when I got there.
Dad was happy, Mom was happy; so I am happy!
Before I left, I saw "Smitten" varietal apples. I had never tried them. The Produce guy went and cut up on for me to try! Wow, great Customer service. They were yummy and I bought some.
The store is clean, the people are nice, the shelves are lined up and the produce is fresh.
(Oh, and the Meat & Fish Dept is great too. No fishy smell).
I recommend shopping here.

Have had terrible experiences at this store, particularly with a cashier. I will not state her name here, I will however contact customer service directly because the level of disrespect she has given us is not at all a represantion of your store.
Not all is bad, the ladies in bakery are always very nice and helpful, and restockers I have come accross.

The women who work in this store need employer reviews. They're rude and very unprofessional. I get you work in a grocery store but there's a thing called decorum and being older women, you should have that. I've heard one lady particularly tell customers that she's clocked out and doesn't want to hear it, she isn't on duty so don't ask. Multiple times I've experienced her loudly voicing this in the self checkout area.
Last week as I was actively scanning my groceries and asking for bags, I was ignored but instead asked if I scanned a stuffed animal my daughter was playing with like I was trying to steal it. I had in fact scanned it.
Management needs to step up and review their employees or close this store.

I recently purchased microwave egg cooker and I tried it today and it works!! Eggs are perfectly hard boiled. 9 min to cook, 2 min to cool down. Its not just 'minutes' like its written on the box, but eggs are great 👍. Also I steemed beets in egg cooker for 9 min and I got steemed beets!! in 9 min. Regular time to cook beets is 40 min.
....2 moths later..- .unfortunately in 2 months of use my egg cooker is burned and not useful anymore. Metal part inside is damaged......
Also I got REAL OLIVE OIL in lucky. MONINI is real olive oil and have strong bitter taste. We buy fake olive oil. Try Monini and you will discover what is real olive oil indeed.

Outstanding customer service, I drive by when I'm in town to pick up fresh items from the bakery I need.
I enjoy the staff at this location, I would recommend anyone stopping by the store to see how nice this location is with so many fresh products available. Keep up the good work guys thanks again for the outstanding service.
