We stopped in the store the other day to see what sort of deck furniture they still had available. As luck would have it we found a table and two chairs that would work perfectly for our deck. Looking for some assistance, staff member Michael Ving and manager Mr. Benton were near by and they quickly rounded up a boxed set for us and help load it into our car. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour. Greatly appreciate their courteous and friendly help. We'll be back again.

Loved my new whirlpool stove. I had my other stove approx 1999. The guys that came out were very nice. However the date 2/13 I smelled a faint gas smell. I thought it was the new stove and new smell. The second day I came in from outside and smelled a faint gas smell again. I called the gas company. They came out and fixed the valve problem. Per the gas company the guys who installed my stove had not put threading on the bottom and had minimal threading on the top of the valve inside. This is why the valve was leaking from both sides. The stove was used in a.m. This could have been a dangerous situation. I had a headache. Recommendations more training for installers who touch our valves when they install our stoves. I was going to call manager but the gas company said they would. Be aware when you have appliances installed. I left message at corporate office. They never called me back.

They're always out of construction materials that I need. You hardly ever restock. They don't cater to the professional builder. It's too bad. I really like most of the people that work there

Normally, I don't have a problem with this place and I didn't get a chance to mention this to the staff before leaving. I marked this a 1 star due to the nature of the photo below in hopes that it will get the attention of whoever needs to address this:

I'm no electrician, but I do believe this is how electrical fires are started. This is the sink in the "family/handicap" bathroom.

I would not recommend ordering online from lowes. Orderes 12 sheets of drywall three of them from one side i was able to see was messed up then they tried to have the audacity to try and make up by giving me an extra one. Who in gods name does stuff like that? Also, They sent a text with video saying they will bring it into my house but then said they dont do that. This is the second time i ordered online and both times complications. Last time i ordered shingles and said it will be shipped in a week and a half. Then 5 days i get a text putting my order out for 2 months. This will be the last time i order from them. Online shopping shpuld be no different then shopping in person. Who would want to go to a store where all there materials are messed up unusable but try to think its out to send broken things out and charge a delievery fee? Who you hiring these days?

Associates will grow frustrated at questions. They will hang up on you, cuss at you and send you on your way including the unprofessional supervisors. My complaint wasn’t resolved (I ended up moving on.) I went elsewhere to buy my flooring and spent no more time speaking to Lowe’s unknowledgeable, unprofessional staff. The staff did not know the difference between units and boxes. Clearly there is an issue with app but was spoken and treated like a liar. Don't go here.

09/14/24 around 5pm go in to return these really bad quality kobalt impact sockets that broke first time use and there's zero line formed on the returns counter. A young lady was there and answered the phone and began helping this person on the other end on how to make a credit card payment online instead of redirecting that customer to credit card customer service. A long line of 5 customers forms and she without care continues to help customer on the other end of the call, after long call turned out she was helping customer with app and person was using computer so useless time waste while a longer lane formed. She proceeded to finally put that person on hold to finish return. Can't imagine how the person at the end of the line felt having to still wait longer, I'm sure after their transactions all they wanted to do was leave the store instead of continue browsing the store.

This store is the best. They have a great variety and everything is so clean and well stocked and displayed.
The employees are very helpful and are there to solve your issues. Great store!
