Clothes are decent but don't bother trying to work with her as far as selling your items. She took a handful of my clothes last year and they did sell, but you have to pick your check up in person. Inconvenient when you only go up to Door County once a year, but fine, not the biggest deal. The second time I wanted to bring her clothing, she never returned any of my messages. I emailed twice and I left a voicemail once. No call back, no answer. Not even an email to either explain why she doesn't want my clothes, or if she doesn't have room for more inventory, or if she's busy with personal matters, nothing. Pretty unprofessional to own a business and never return a call especially when your customers/consigners are the ones that keep your business afloat. Also, the owner is not very friendly. I'll never understand that when you own a small business. I'll definitely be skipping this shop on the main street of Fish Creek next time I'm in town.

Great shop with very friendly staff and atmosphere. I have always had a wonderful shopping experience here and love stopping by every time I am in Door County as they always have many sought after brands. I sometimes get a little overwhelmed when consignment shopping, but you can tell the owner personally takes her time to select and value all items as it was very easy to shop here. She has an eye for fashion, and it shows as the selection and value are wonderful! She also had several independently marked sale racks which made it easy to find great items at discounted prices! I definitely recommend stopping by here if you are in Door County!

Every time I’m up north, Love Letter is on my list to stop at. I’ve bought so many high end items here (I’m wearing some awesome Free People jeans from Love Letter whilst I write this review). It’s my favorite place to shop for quality clothing at a fraction of the price. Can’t wait to see the new location once it’s open!

Love this store!! I have bought several items here and also consigned here and it’s been a great experience every time. There are so many good finds and many brand new/never worn items at amazing prices. There is a variety for everyone as far as sizes and prices. The owner does a great job of making sure there are always new and exciting items coming in. Don’t miss this store when you are in Door County!!

Such a beautiful store! You can tell that the owner has a true passion for what she does. Wonderful selection and easy to browse through. One of the highlights of my recent trip to Door County and an unexpected addition to the shopping there. I’ll be back!
