The staff at this location are fantastic. Kind and compassionate, knowledgeable and not intimidating. I am very sex positive and would generally consider myself knowledgeable. As a gay bottom, I know what I need and like; however, I recently was encouraged to switch it up, had a great time, and while at the store I had some questions about topping and supplies to make the experience better for everyone. Not only was space held for me to be authentically me and to ask these questions, there was zero gawking or alarmed eyes or looking at me like a freak, instead, I was met with warmth, questions to help better understand where I was coming from and hoping to get to, suggestions for supplies, and a depth of humanity that is sadly hard to come by these days. I am very grateful for this staff ( I didn’t get names, but if y’all reading this you know! From douches to pleasure enhancers, y’all are leveling up my game!).

Adrianna was absolutely amazing! I called looking for a mascara I saw online that purposefully smears. I felt very awkward asking the question but she was super sweet and understood what I needed right away. Not only did she search the store’s inventory to see if they had it but she even offered to do a quick online search for me to see if I can find it anywhere else and said it wasn’t a hassle at all! When I said it might be something I need to get online she said that if I don’t find it I can always call back so that we can troubleshoot it together! Above and beyond customer service honestly. Super sweet, caring, understanding, and welcoming!!!!!

Subpar customer service, and over priced.
Vauge return policy, I was lead to believe I could return clothing items. Apparently not.
And if you come into the store with a return expect them to be rude and hostile.
So unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.

I recently went to the Juan tabo store and purchased a specific item that I needed. The guy that helped me was friendly and completely professional. But I wasn’t sure if the item I purchased would work so I went to the menaul store to see what they had even though the clerk claimed that they didn’t have what I was looking for but since I was nearby I figured I would check for myself. But they didn’t have so I just purchased another bottle of the same stuff I got from the other store just to ensure I had enough. The guy that helped was also professional so I went back tonight (Tuesday 11/12) to purchase a different item and the the same guy was there but his attitude was the complete opposite. He was rude as hell and didn’t offer to help and made me feel so uncomfortable that I turned around and left. I don’t know if he got brave because there was another employee working. I don’t know what his deal was but he made me feel so unwelcome. It’s awkward as it is to shop for certain things at an adult store. It takes me some courage to go into those stores that’s why I go late . To avoid seeing people. I smoked some weed but it actually made the situation worse. He’s lucky I wasn’t sober or I probably would of knock him out
