"This review is for my experience, not for the shop itself*

It's 4th of July today, 2023, but I wanted to go shopping because I'd seen the photos of the shop on Google Maps and it looked great! I called at 11:54am this morning and spoke with a woman who confirmed they are indeed open today and they will be closing at 6pm.
I arrived at 12:44pm (long drive over the mountains from where I was at the time) only to find that the shop is closed. Locked, lights off, and everything.
No note on the door, but I decided to give them the benefit-of-the-doubt (and because I wanted to shop) so I waited outside for 30 minutes, just in case they were at lunch or the restroom... all to no avail.
Anyway, this inconvenience has me furious, as it could have saved me both from a long drive and from this disappointment. It's only a shopping trip I missed out on, but (in my opinion) it's the principal of the matter.

ADDDENDUM: I'm noticing a couple of other reviews attest to less-than-professional staff, and I'm wondering if these events are related?

They have coolest clothes here , very well handpicked items for sale here , if your looking for vintage or designer clothes definitely shop here I just love supporting small businesses like this one especially recycled clothes

I called to ask if they buy high end perfumes and was rudely told “uh no we don’t do that here buh bye” then hung up on. gross and rude for no reason? lol what.

The staff Are among the rudest most inexperienced high-end fashion people. This store I’m hoping goes bankrupt because their stuff is shabby and disgusting and the inexperience of the people that work there is on imaginable do not waste your time or effort
