I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by my experience at this store. I came in to refill my L’Immensité fragrance, only to later discover that it had been filled with the completely wrong scent — despite the
name being on the bottle. For a luxury brand, this kind of mistake is unacceptable.

The service was just as frustrating. I waited over 20 minutes to be served, and once my perfume was taken for refill, I didn’t see my service advisor again for more than half an hour. Now I’m left to sort out a problem I didn’t cause. This is not the standard I expect from Louis Vuitton.

We were connected to Anthony through the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, and from the moment we stepped foot in the store, we knew we were in the best hands. Mixed opinions on this boutique,

First of all there is a wait list which is comparable to any other Louis Vuitton boutique but at this boutique the wait time is around 60 minutes when only 5 people are in the queue.

One sales associate with a somewhat receding hairline came across as very rude and dismissive as instead of helping me purchase a product i had decided upon he questioned wether i could afford it and pointed me in the direction of the queuing / waitlist registry where the lady had already imputed my name incorrectly into the system.

Around five minutes later a man with a diamond stud in his nose greeted me and was super receptive of the fact that i wanted to purchase a particular bottle of cologne, he was professional and helped me checkout and then packaged it up very nicely, yet i believe that all staff should treat one like this, especially when a large corporation is charging scandalous amounts for a bottle of cologne. ($400+ after taxes).

It was a very hot day and there was a line. I took my mother to return something she ordered, and they got the order wrong. Anyway, when we finally stepped inside the giant store, the AC was not very cool and I was so disappointed because I would think they could splurge a little on their electric bill. It was super crowded, but they did finally give us some water.

Talyn is the best and very accommodating. He understood our needs and budget and found the perfect bag / glasses / perfume. Very personable and makes you feel at ease. He even got me coffeee
