I've always loved the restaurant at Los Poblanos, but my recent visit inspired me to leave a review. My sister and I were not able to get a last-minute reservation, so we risked waiting at the bar where we could eat because I wanted to share something special with her while she was in town. We had a gorgeous evening. As she said, at our age, we've had the great fortune of having been to a lot of great restaurants, and we're not as easily impressed as we once were. We agreed it was a magical series of dishes. Come for the ambiance, stay for the food.

Had breakfast on our way out of Albuquerque, which was a great stop before heading to Santa Fe. Beautifully prepared delicious food and served with a gracious welcome. The buckwheat pancakes were light and fluffy, while the eggs Benedict packed a lot of flavor. Also explored the farm and treated ourselves to goodies from the Farm Shop. Worth also noting the farm’s history which tells a great story of the region. A must-see for an Albuquerque itinerary.

When i arrived, i had no idea where to go for the party i was supposed to meet up with, and I stood confused where about 6 staff members walking past me or standing around talking with each other. Eventually, one of the staff members who seemed frustrated that i was just standing there asked if i needed anything. I told her i was meeting up with a party and we had a reservation. She pointed me where to check in but appeared to be annoyed that she had to do so. Overpriced. Menu is very cluttered and confusing, where most of the party i was with picked the simplest item off the menu. We were rushed from the dining room and were told that other people had reserved tables and they needed to flip the table to get ready for them. The manager did provide complimentary drinks for having to relocate our party, which is definitely awesome. I will say that their drinks are great, and the location is interesting. Personally, I did get very uncomfortable vibes as a whole and would only recommend going for a drink or two and exploring the area.

I wish I could give this farm hotel zero stars. From the moment we arrived Friday March 7, it was clear that the management has absolutely no regard for their employees or guests. The treatment of staff here is appalling – I witnessed workers being publicly berated by supervisors and subjected to condescending remarks that bordered on verbal abuse. It’s no wonder the service was horrendous: exhausted, demoralized employees can’t possibly provide quality care to guests.

When I raised concerns at checkout, and wanted help with my bags on Sunday March 9th, the manager dismissed them with a shrug, saying, "We’re short-staffed." No apology, no accountability, plus there was a bellman standing right to the side of the desk! This isn’t a staffing issue – it’s a leadership issue. Exploiting workers while charging premium prices is inexcusable.

Came for business but will be back for vacation. Incredible family owned property that has all the experience that comes from people who put their heart and souls into what they do. Not every special occasion requires the good china...incredible farm to table experience.

The location is beautiful, no doubt. However, we stayed at the Inn for our anniversary and found a dirty bathroom floor, a broken bed that almost flipped on me and 6 broken blinds over a door with no window coverings, preventing us from sleeping late. Staff offered $50 or 20% off a future stay. So very disappointing at $350 a night with the New Mexico local stay. It was our 25th wedding anniversary but with a 16 year old home we only got one night, which was quite lacking at this rate. Be aware.

The only bad thing was the lack of lock on the bathroom door. Had 1 or 2 walk in incidents from my roommates. Otherwise, incredible experience with the suite.

Three of us went for tea on a Sunday afternoon. The tea was beautifully served and quite relaxing. The Farm Shop had many tempting options and friendly staff.
