BUYER BEWARE….This dealership went above and beyond making my dreams come true at first, I would like to especially thank the parts manager and the service manager as they were always helpful because I called them every single day. I’m sure they’re excited to get rid of me for a while thank you to service tech for all your hard work. I want to personally acknowledge these people.. Arley, The service Tech Jason, the service manager, Cris, the parts manager, Zach parts Dora finance Richard, sales manager and last but not least ANDRES my sales Consultant… I also want to recognize many of the other employees that worked hard on figuring out Apple CarPlay, which we still need to work on thank you everybody I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with this company.
So I wanted to amend this review as I have been waiting for six months on an issue with my motorcycle to get taken care of and I wanted to warn everybody out there in six months they have gone through over 10 managers within the company, which says something about upper management I still have not gotten my motorcycle fixed I now have CAN-AM executive department overseeing everything that I need to get done. I had to go back and give a one star review as I no longer feel like they have treated me like a customer. I think once they made the sale I was nothing but a number I know you can’t please everyone but I have been very patient with this dealer and trying to get stuff done I don’t feel like they deserve a five star that’s my professional and personal being a veteran. I feel that I have been very much disrespected Their parts manager will definitely be their downfall. She’s very disrespectful unprofessional, and does not deserve the title of manager. The fact that they have gone through 10 employees in four months, all which were supposed to be managers, should tell anyone that maybe this is upper management issue but the fact that they never took care of me becomes a customer service issue. I have reported this to BRP and they are taking care of me. As consumers we have rights that protect us …BBB and AG office has been contacted ..

I had financed a bike from them with a co-signer and made it very clear that I was the primary for it. No matter how many times I said it, they kept messing up the paperwork and it took twice as long to get everything finalized. Then, it took 3 months for them to get me my license plate because they kept trying to contact the co-signer (they’ve been out of state and can’t be contacted for personal reasons) and when I would call, which was every week after the first month, they would just say “we don’t have it here, let me ask my manager” and hang up on me. Eventually, when I went in-person, they finally figured out that I was also on the registration and finally gave me my license plate. To make all of it worse, they tried charging double of what it should cost for the oil change on my bike and said it would take over a day for them to do it. I tried to support a local business and all I got was horrible service and attempts to scam me. I’ve already warned all of my friends to not go here for their next bike. Please, if you don’t want the headache, you should do the same.

We purchased an ATV and all went perfect. When got it home it wouldn't start, I called them we took it back. Turns out it was our own lack of knowledge that you have to hold the brake to start. Felt so dumb but staff and manager were so nice and explained everything to us. Truly recommend the business.

I had a really good experience picking up my first bike! Staff were knowledgeable on their products and were very helpful. I was very appreciative that they helped me load my bike into the truck. Huge thank you to Richard and the other staff members. My only recommendation is to carry more motorcycles/dirt bike options in store. I definitely plan on returning to pick up some gear! 👍

They charge $120 an hour for repairs, which IS absolutely ridiculous! I brought my unit in for door repairs and went over several things with the clerk. They had to order the parts for the repair, which took several weeks to come in. My vehicle was done in 3 weeks, but upon receipt, I noticed 1 of the repairs was not completed. The door safety cable had not been replaced and was never noted. Of course, they didn't have that minor part in stock and would have to order. Simple fix, but a lot of wasted downtime on a working unit when it was there 3 weeks and no quality control to catch upon review of the repairs. Then, not to have a small part in stock that continually breaks and needs replaced when I have replaced 3 of these stupid cables in a year. It's just a pain in the a$$!
