Atmosphere and experience are great, and it’s very clean, but honestly it’s hit or miss with the nail techs. The spa pedicures are relaxing and they do a nice job with the massage, scrub, etc, however I probably won’t return for nail services because they’ve done a very sloppy job the last few times I went.
Most recently I had a manicure and pedicure; there was polish left all over my toes which I had to clean up with a brush at home. The French manicure was a total mess, the polish dried with bubbles in it, the line was way too thick and uneven, top coat was all flooded in my cuticles. I had to take it off the next day.

Great first experience here! Never knew this place was here until I was driving by and they were amazing ! I got a wax done and Katya was amazing ! I'm still have yet to try other services, which in time I will, but I would definitely recommend!

I booked a service for the couples massage and it was great. From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and welcoming, When we arrived they had an excellent atmosphere, the place was clean, and our masseuses were nice and friendly. Barbara and Caitlin did an amazing job. Caitlin did a deep tissue massage and she was very professional, Barbara did my massage and she was great, very careful and attentive of my health at all times. I appreciated both of them for making this a relaxing and amazing experience. This was the first time visiting this location and I would recommend and I would be back.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and we both thoroughly enjoyed it! I asked for deep tissue and Caitlin certainly delivered, almost felt like she was massaging my bones. 10/10 would recommend!

This was my second time visiting and I had an amazing experience with Caitlin. My first experience a couple of months ago my significant other and I got a couples massage which we loved. I was experiencing pretty bad shoulder and neck pain so decided to return this week and I was put with Caitlin. I initially asked for just a medium-firm massage but she went ahead and started to give me a deep tissue treatment because she saw how stiff and knotted my shoulders were. She guided me through what she was going to be doing next throughout the experience and was so kind, making conversation with me, and giving me recommendations on how to hopefully get rid of this pain. I left feeling totally rejuvenated and I will definitely be returning and asking for Caitlin; she is a miracle worker!

I was so excited to go back here for a massage that my husband got me for my birthday since last year the massage was great. He booked me a massage that involved deep tissue and not once throughout the entire 90 minutes was deep tissue involved. My feet, arms, hands, shoulders and neck weren’t even massaged. Before leaving, I asked the front desk if it was supposed to be deep tissue and she confirmed that it was and asked if it wasn’t firm enough and I let her know deep tissue was not involved at all and certain things were not massaged. I felt horrible my husband spent extra for this massage and for 90 minutes and I spent the entire time just waiting for it to end.
