I purchased a beautiful sectional two months ago. It’s so comfortable and looks elegant too. I need to brag on the service department. I had a small issue and Longs came out and corrected it the same day. Shout out to Bubba! Great customer service!

I purchased a sectional and tables today from Long’s Furniture. I love it! I was treated like my business mattered to them. My salesperson was Terri and she was very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to find the style I wanted. The movers were very knowledgeable on the best way to bring furniture in the home. Nathan, Colton and Tim are the best movers. I highly recommend this store.

Great selection of all types of furniture. Got an Ashley dining table with 6 chairs for just over $500. Sturdy, real wood (vs. pressed wood with laminate). Everything was reasonable from high end furniture to less extravagant pieces. Everyone was pleasant though we stopped on a whim 1/2 hr before closing. So pleased with the purchase and price. Delivery and setup were 1/3 the price of any stores we've looked at by far. They were in and out quickly and efficiently. Will definitely go back for other things. Big selection with smaller prices and great customer service!

Called to see if they had a bedroom suite that I had been looking for, they did. I asked her what time they closed, she told me 6. I told her that I was coming to look at it. I live about 45 mins away from the store. I pulled up at 5:50 seeing all the employees getting in their cars leaving. Two of the cars proceeded to back in a spot and watch me walk up to the door to go in. Of course it was locked because they closed Early! Made the drive for nothing! Came back the next day to speak with the owner who wasn't there. I was given the run around by the manager David. Apparently the "owners son". Said they never leave early and must have had the wrong time. Funny thing was my clock and theirs matched perfectly! He told me to give him my number for the owner to call me. I did but no response back. I assume the owner never got the message because several people would be in trouble! So warning if you're going to this store make sure you go at least an hour before they close. They might get a feeling to leave early. Missed a sale here! Sorry!

My personal experience was great! We were just passing by from Guntersville and popped it. Great selection, really great customer service and good prices.
We bought a few things and may make the drive back when we save up for more furniture. (We are buying room by room at this point.) You can also order from them if you don't find what you like on display--be sure to check the online stock too.
