Ordered over $100 worth of merchandise back in December of 2024. It is now almost March 2025… online it says awaiting shipment…

Where is the customer service, at the very least just ship me what I paid for! I lived in LB for 10 years and used to wear their gear, not anymore…

Ship me what I paid for or give me a refund.

Placed an order online. It been a month I haven’t received my order. Phone line ALWAYS busy. I wouldn’t purchase from this place. I’ve emailed them , I only received one msg. N that is “ I’ll check on that and msg back” OK! nobody msg me back. NO THANKS.. I’ll report this as FRAUD & get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a shirt and hat for my dad for Christmas on Dec 7th. I have yet to get any updates on my order. I've emailed them - and tried to call but their number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

1/11/23 status online changed to shipped and I received a tracking number.
Item has been received but I still would not recommend ordering. I never got a phone call or an email from anyone but their websites portal. Too stressful for a shirt and hat. BTW, I live in Oakland ca and was having it shipped to Ohio for my father.

Ordered a Tshirt over 3 weeks ago. Phone line is always busy and status still says awaiting fulfillment. Do not order online from here at all!!!

Now it's been in "awaiting shipment" for almost 2 weeks. Terrible turn around and communication.

Ordered 2 hoodies. When I received them one was damaged. I called right away left a vm. Then I emailed them. No return call but I got a email telling me to ship the damaged one back at my cost and then they resend another. First off I shouldn't be held responsible to pay more shipping on top of what I already paid for shipping when this is NOT my mistake. So I emailed back and got zero response! I am not in California or i would have went in store to deal with them directly. I'm going to go ahead and take it as a loss and never purchase anything again!! Hard earned money down the drain! Hoodies are poor quality to begin with. I should have stuck with Long Beach Clothing Co.
Customer service is trash!! Waste of time and money!

I just wanted to say thank you for always answering your phone when I have questions, I ordered my husband’s Christmas gifts from here last week and I just received my order today when it said I would receive it tomorrow. They are friendly and easy to work with, and the sweatshirts I ordered are true to image and color! They didn’t have the color I wanted in one sweatshirt but they were able to call me right away and get a color close enough to the one I wanted and in the logo I wanted. Thank you for your fast service and getting Christmas gifts here on time! I will order again! It was a pleasure to order from y’all and I love the stickers, can opener, and key chain you sent along with my order. Thank you!
