Sure, some of the dryers aren’t working here and there, but it’s small, very safe, clean enough, lots of seating and electrical outlets to charge your devices, not to mention, low key clientele, I.e., hikers, campers, locals. Friendly vibe. Best parts are the spectacular view of Mt. Whitney, and the Excellent coffee and grub at the Alabama Hills Cafe next door. What laundromat boasts that?

Worked fine for me when I went in. Lots of backpackers and other travelers here, but the wait times weren't long. None of the machines seemed to be broken, though many parts of the interior felt pretty run-down.

I like this little laundromat. It's clean. They are working on getting the machines up and running which is nice because some are broken. The only bad thing is, the restaurant next door is using their parking spots for outdoor dining so everyone going to feed their faces park in front of the laundromat so sometimes you have to haul your laundry down the road a bit. I wish they would reserve spots for the laundromat or people would have a little common courtesy to NOT park there.

All worked out, one machine ate a quarter. Could use a sweep, some paint and a new floor. It would certainly brighten the experience up. Once that is done I would recommend some more comfortable seating. Only laundromat for a long bit from what I can tell

We've been traveling for 4 years all over the US. This is the worst laundromat that we have ever been to. Macines are very loud, only 5 of the 11 driers worked, not ver clean.

The change and detergent machines were working perfectly, and the space was clean. There was a utility sink so I was able to pre-rinse my hiking clothes. There were a few machines out of service but everything I used worked perfectly. Decent seating and there were power outlets to charge your phone while you wait. Totally got the job done, and for an affordable price.

It was time consuming. Most of the washer and dryers were blue taped and also dryers were blue taped .There were quit a few people coming so we shared the 3 machine that were not taged.The machines that were not taged worked good.The machine for the soap had some.There were books and magazine it read to pass the time.the location was good , there was a great restaurants in walking distance. A beautiful
Rock shop on the corner lovely thing. Also the coin machine was taged also the hrs. We're good.The sicks faucet was needinding some help.All in All my visit was ok .I was very happy and grateful the it was there and open in this snowy and raining weather it was nice and warm .So thank for everything L.P.
