I would have chosen 0 stars if I could have! I’ve been going to this chevron for years and today was diff the lady working was awful to every customer. Calling customers entitled when I went in to pay rolling her eyes at me and others. I Went in today & saw that just to go out & pump gas and it started spraying gas out of my car and just spraying from the nozzle. No matter how far in the pump was it still sprayed all over me and my arm just to shut it off. I went inside cus I paid $40 and only pumped $1.40. When I went in for my change there was another young man in there that had gasoline that sprayed into his eyes at the pump and was trying to find an eye rinse station and had to buy his own water and use the bathroom. The employee rolled her eyes and told him to basically deal w it himself and keep washing. So this was 2 ppl that had gasoline spraying up at them while pumping and this woman STILL had the nerve to have an attitude and not even apologize basically blaming me for not having the nozzle In all the way, when I have been pumping here for years. This time was diff it was 110 out today. And it happened to multiple people so I know it wasn’t “operator error”. I was so upset I didn’t even get her name! Will never go there again! - Havasu local of 30 years!

"Young man" behind the counter is stupid rude. Told me me my ID was declined over and over. Refused to swipe again, I cleaned it....IT WORKED. He told me to grow up. Fella, get a job working with dirt because that's how you treat people. It's not our fault you went bald at 17.

Today my boyfriend and I went in to simply buy a little torch cause he carry’s one just in case of emergencies or for bonfires. But the guy behind the counter was so weird. When my boyfriend asked for the torch he said something under his breath to this lady that he was talking to prior and they both giggled. He then proceeded to mock us and say we were using it to smoke, do dabs with it, and just was very ignorant for his grown childish self. I told him we didn’t do that stuff but yet he continued with the weird comments… then proceeded to then say that it was my boyfriend that does the smoking as he giggled and looked at the old lady as if he was trying to impress her the whole time he was acting childish towards us, I told him he don’t smoke either. To whoever was working the counter today… grow up, you’re not funny, you’re actually just annoying and weird for making comments to teens who came in to be normal people and by something from a gas station. Do better, very disappointed.

Well this place has always been fast and friendly that have tons of food and I know that in the morning you can actually get a burrito made for you they've got several pumps there right on the bridge they're always open and you can't get no friendlier. So right before you go on to the Lake Havasu Bridge London Bridge and go out to the channel make sure you stop at the London Bridge Chevron.

*DO NOT SHOP HERE*
Few years back this place was improving with the new owners but little did we know that they would change. This Korean couple give the nice impression but beneath all they are the opposite they give free I've only when you fill up your boats because they make more off of you in gas than in the ice bags that they produce themselves. Not only that but they are very racist, many times they stated "white people are lazy" other times they stated they wanted Mexicans working to bring "Hispanic business" and well as to an African American yeah you never seen one in there. but yet no one works long for them because they are careless to you as an employee. If you pay attention they are always training or hiring new people if a business cannot retain their employees then something is wrong inside. You as the consumer can see their intentions go shopping look around and they follow you pretend to talk to you because they doubt you they feel everyone is out there to steal from them. They are not at there business just because the owners hang around just to see no one steals. Pay attention and you will notice their smiles, compliments, and "free" gestures are cover ups. You be the judge I am just sharing my opinion though much of it can be proven and be facts.
There are more Chevrons out there without the two-faced owners

I went in tonight to get 4 hot chocolates. The price said $1.20 I get to the register and she rings them up $4.40 for one hot chocolate. I tell the cashier it says 1.20 below the cups. She says o the manager hasn’t changed the price tag over there. 4.40$ is absolutely ridiculous for a hot chocolate star bucks is cheaper than that. I will NEVER shop at London Bridge Chevron again. I will also be calling corporate and filing with bbb for false advertisement since the price tag said $1.20.

Under new ownership. Great people. Great service. Helped us out with ice for our boat. Handed out free water while we got gas. Great food from Pit Stop Teriyaki in the corner. Thank you!!!
