The worst place to send and receive parcels. The machine is always broken, like always. They don’t give you parcels because of that. Absolutely unprofessional and awful service. Avoid at all costs especially when you choose this parcel shop as a collection point.

Terrible for sending parcels. Three times in a row I attempted, first time no space for Asos medium size parcel, went back the next day they said the machine wasn't working. A week later I returned with Vinted parcels to send via Inpost which they said the accept but not if digital had to have printed off label. Useless.

DON"T CHOOSE THIS SHOP IF YOU ARE SELLING OR BUYING ON VINTED !! I had numerous problems with the inefficiency of this shop! They don't store parcels in an orderly way. They told me on numerous occasions that the machine is broken for labels resulting me having to use another shop outside of the area I live in. They are rude. One of the men told me that they cooked a meal for a female customer and asked me what food I like which was highly inappropriate. Then he had the audacity to tell me that the parcel was not at the shop even though on tracking it said it was delivered to the shop. He refused to look again for the small package. I will tell people on Vinted to avoid yodel and this shop when they buy from me or sell to me. From now on I will only use inpost they are so much better and the shop I collect from is so organised and friendly . Rude men at this shop. Parcel collection and delivery through Yodel totally useless!!!

The store was closed at 10:30 Friday, 24th June. No notes were attached to the door.

I had to pick up my delivery, and there was a Royal Mail lady who couldn't deliver the parcels.

Keep the variety of international foods up! Very good selection of both British and international foods (American) to choose from, managed to pick up things which I haven’t had before.

Not great for Amazon pick up.

They often make you wait, even though you are first in line, as they want to serve other clients that buy things first. They will deal with you only if the store is empty basically.

They also say that you have to come back to pick up the parcel the day after because after 9pm or before 10am they don't do it anymore, which is mot what Amazon says. Very unreliable overall
