Wonderful experience! Dr. Soderblom is a great doctor takes the time to explain and answers all my questions. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I really liked Jasmine she helped me pick some nice glasses. Staff was excellent!

stars. Absolutely enjoyed my experience at Loma Linda Optometry! After having the same Optometrist since I was a child, moving on from my retired Doctor was tough so searching for a new office that would give me that same experience was stressful. From the moment I called and booked my appointment to the moment I checked in and out was wonderful. Everyone had a friendly attitude at front desk and back office. Dr.Soderblom was kind, informative and helpful. He explained everything to me so I understood my whole examination and what was taking place next. Jasmine was so great! She really took her time explaining what my insurance covered and what I was paying, she even gave me a breakdown of everything so I left with peace of mind that I was in good hands because sometimes that part can be confusing! She was patient and kind while I was indecisive between glasses. She was still patient when I added a second paid last second. 10/10 recommend the visit did not seem transactional but rather personable and friendly! Definitely recommend. Beautiful office and such a nice selection of frames to pick from 🙂

I really loved my first time visit to this office. The front desk receptionist's were so lovely and inviting. Dr. Soderblom provided a very well thorough and detailed exam. Emilia was also very lovely and helpful. I'm not one to know exactly what to get when it comes to glasses but she went above and beyond and was very patient. Melissa also did an amazing job at pre-testing me. She understood my past experience from my prior optometrist office and was very thorough and explained each test to me. All of the girls at the office were all just so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this office. 100% recommend this office !!!!!

The staff at Loma Linda Optometry are very wekcoming & friendly as well as knowledgeable in their field. Dr Soderblom is a kindhearted, knowledgeable, and proactive doctor who looks out for my best eye health. He and his staff are good also at communicating with me as their patient: during an office visit, by texting appointment reminders, and by letting me know promptly when my glasses are ready to be picked up. They are patient with and answer my questions. I'm so happy with my decision to come here for my eye care.
