Small lot located on kettleman, easy to find with plenty of parking spaces, friendly welcoming staff. Inventory doesn't match the discretion online.
Otherwise, it is a great concept and an opportunity to buy from local owners.

This is one of those places that you have to periodically check out because they do have inventory that just turned around I personally have not bought anything from them. And it always seems that they have exactly what I'm looking for when I don't have the money. So save save save then look worth checking out. From boats to campers to Classics.

Place is easy to get to. Low rates for both storage and/or sales lot. They do just what the name says. U park it and then you sell it. They just act as the sales lot and are available for buyers 7 days a week 9-5pm. This way you don't always have to be there to meet buyers, especially those "Lookie -L 's". It really helps separating real buyers from those still browsing $ unsure about buying. I recommend that you have you car, truck, or RV/Trailer ready, clean, & set up with its key features prominate for buyers to see. Keep up on pics and post your ad everywhere w/your social media. The establishment also does this for you. It just ensures maximum exposure when combined.

The owner of this place has this park and sell, but is a lowkey dealer!! he buys & sells the rvs for more money! i found an rv on Craigslist that was parked here, spoke to the owner. Locked it down, when I got there I was told it was sold to the owner aka a dealer! I can’t believe this owner has this shop for people to park their things to sell, but he buys them and sells them for more cash

I put my car on the lot for 3 months. Before I put it there I had it detailed. When I removed it the car looked like it was in a field for a year. For 70 dollars a month you would think they would keep it clean. I would not recommend putting your vehicle here.

BEWARE. Paid to have boat on lot and extra to have an ad posted to Craigslist. Received a deposit from an interested buyer to the hold boat for 10 days. Lot owner would no allow this and starting acting very unprofessional demanding money for the boat being sold when I had only received a deposit. I was forced to remove the boat from the lot with 15+ days left on the contract. Owner then changed the price on the craigslist ad by 70% and left my contact info and number on post so I would get harassed with phone calls.
