For years I've enjoyed wildflower honey purchased from beekeepers near where I live in NE FL. One of my brothers has been telling me how good Tupelo honey is and that Lanier is the best there is. Well, I finally decided to give Tupelo a try. All I can say is Oh My. The taste of tupelo is hard to describe, but it is something very special. Very smooth and not overpoweringly sweet like a lot of the Wildflower that I've purchased locally. I'm a believer. I loved reading the Lanier family story and hope they keep at for generations to come. Gonna start planning to attend the Tupelo festival in 2025.

Growing up in this area is nothing short of amazing. From the best oysters, honey, boiled peanuts and memaws cookin. I now live far away from home, in the middle of the country. I often feel homesick even after not living here for ten years. But. I ordered Tupelo honey cause you can’t find it here. It took me back somewhere special. Back to my childhood, a warm hug away from home. Yes, this is great honey, but it’s so much more to people like me.

We have traveled to Lanier's many time starting in 1984. These people have shown us to be the kindest, most respectful people in the South. Ben and Glynnes have taken LL's Tupelo business to another level! Their hard work has continued to bring a world class honey to anyone lucky enough to discover them.

L L Lanier Tupelo Honey is a bargain at ANY price.

Best Wishes to y'all.

Tupelo honey from Wewahitchka is the best honey in the South. And Lanier is the best in Wewahitchka. They take special care that their bees gather nectar only from the tupelo gum trees that grow wild in the swampy areas along the Apalachicola River in Florida.

The honey is thick, luscious, and has a deep, robust and delightful flavor. Service and shipping is rapid, and the packaging is sturdy to protect the honey on its journey. Prices are competitive. Wide selection of products. Customer service is polite and exact. No problems. But in the end, it is all about the honey and its wonderful flavor and superb quality.

My husband is from Wewahitchka, we came home for an all school class reunion in February 2020. While there we loaded down with Lanier's Tupelo Honey to bring back to Kansas for family & friends. The best Honey you can buy. Everyone LOVED it. Happy to know we can order on line.

I read about Laniers in the NYTimes in May this year. I was so taken with the story of Tupelo honey and the Laniers from way back when and what it takes to harvest Tupelo which is remarkable in itself much less surviving Hurricane Michael and as I am a bee lover and cherish the honey any bees make this is extra special. I ordered our first bottle the next morning and have received in the mail today. To be this excited for honey might seem strange to some but its the little things in life, literally that make life good. Needless to say the color is as described, the fragrance is a beautiful floral and the taste is absolutely divine. Thank you! I am ordering another tomorrow!
