As a returning customer, I was just as satisfied as the first time! Not only did they take me in on a short notice but they completed the work in a timely manner. I knew I could trust them with leaving my Quinceañera dress that I had taken in for alterations & I accepted that the work I wanted done might be visible. When I arrived, to my surprise, they did such an amazing job that it was so well hidden I could barely tell anything was done! It turned out perfect! Thanks again for the amazing customer service! Livingston altered my wedding dress and helped plan my wedding/did day-of coordination (through Blue Door). Roxanne did a great job altering my wedding dress; she was more than willing to do various alterations I wanted such as making the straps of my dress wider so that they were more comfortable, and she scheduled me for multiple fittings very close to my wedding to ensure the perfect fit on the day of! A week before the wedding, I bought a dress to change into at the reception and even though it was last-minute she readily did some minor alterations on it as well. The wedding planning/day-of coordination they offer is SO worth it, I can't say that enough! Roxanne and her team are AMAZING. I'm a detail-oriented type-A person so it's very rare for me to be hands-off with things that are important to me, but I trusted Roxanne and her team completely. They helped SO much with all the planning, from helping me find vendors to the "little" details like recommending the best time of day to have the outdoor ceremony based on the time of year. Their planning assistance saved me so much of time, effort and stress. I knew that they would have a solution/answer for anything that came up, and that on the wedding day I could just sit back and enjoy the day and that they would make it happen how I wanted it to (and they did!). You can tell they genuinely care about each couple and their wedding. They go out of their way to assist and make your day everything you want it to be and more. I would definitely use their services again!

I had a dress in mind when I went in to find that they had just sold it. Kayla was AMAZING!!! She helped me find the perfect wedding dress!!! I tried it on in black, but was told they can order it in ivory. I love this gown better than the one i had in mind!! She made shopping for the perfect dress less stressful. All in all, a wonderful experience I will never forget!!! I recommend Livingston to anyone looking for their dream dress. I will update as I go through alterations and such.

Roxanne and Kayla were the best! I needed to get a pair of pants hemmed up last minute before heading out of town for a wedding. I called and Kayla and Roxanne made time for me within that hour. They told me the pants would be ready the next business day but they were done just a few hours later and I picked them up the same day! The hem job was excellent and the staff were super accommodating and friendly even for a last minute request like mine. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience at Livingston Bridal! Roxanne did an amazing job altering my wedding gown. The hemline was just right, and the bustle turned out so cute. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, truly going above and beyond. They even recorded a little video showing how to do the bustle, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Roxanne also went the extra mile by helping measure one of my groomsmen for his suit since he couldn't make it to the suit shop. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the alterations were fairly priced. I highly recommend Livingston Bridal for anyone looking for exceptional service and quality work!
