Amazing experience here at Living Spaces in Irvine. Ramon yesterday and Amanda today.

We finally found our sectional sofa. It took a while because we have a very tight space.

The store is big, with lots of options, sectional sofas, recliner chairs, sleepers, dining tables, night tables, sleeping mattresses, etc.

Also, you can customize your sofa, the fabrics, the cushion insides, the pillows, its colors.

Amanda was our helper today, no pressure on buying, we asked tons of questions, she was very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable with her products and the financial side of things.

We are very happy with their customer service, the value of their products, and the tons of choices for us.

Great value overall. Amazing experience!

Walked in with my family, there were two associates in the front, we walked right in front of them and they didn’t even acknowledge us. As we start shopping around, looking for couches, a sales associate named Paola approached us, Paola was heaven sent, knowledgeable, caring and most importantly patient, she took her time to understand our needs! She gave us some great suggestions. With a fresh take and great advice we are back home measuring the space and will be back soon to see Paola! Thanks Paola!!

We were greeted when we first came in and then a sales person was sent over after we had a few minutes to look around. I believe her name was Silver. Silver was competent, friendly, patient, and helpful. She explained everything well and made sure we were apprised of all of the details of the sale and delivery process. My only tiny reservation was that she was wearing a political button that could be controversial to some customers. I wondered if that was the policy of Living Spaces to allow such things as part of the dress code. Other than that, I would give her high marks.

We came to Living Spaces in Irvine to purchase a new sofa and bed. We were thrilled with the friendly and attentive customer service and knowledge Amanda had with regards to the sofas. She was patient and took so much time to ensure we were making the right choice for us. She is great. The gentleman who helped us with the bed was nice as well - I think his name was Ryan. He took time to show us around and was very attentive as well.

Keagan at the Irvine location was absolutely great. He was kind and patient. .I purchased this sectional below. then when I got home, I started reading the reviews. I am a little nervous because the customers that have purchased this sectional say it’s crap and falls apart with in months... Stay tuned I will update my review.

We went into living spaces to pick out a bedroom set for our new home. We selected one & spoke with a sales representative & placed the order. We informed the sales representative our bedroom is on the second floor as most master bedrooms are. Delivery was set up and everything was good. Then comes delivery day. The delivery truck pulls up to our house & we speak with the two delivery guys & show them where the furniture is to go. We are then told at that moment that the dresser is over 300lbs (it was 303 exactly) so they couldn’t take it upstairs for us. They could leave it at the bottom of the stairs for us but that was all they could do. We paid for delivery to have the furniture fully delivered not left at the front door basically. We told the delivery driver then we didn’t want the furniture & to return the furniture to the store. Also, the furniture hadn’t even left the truck. The delivery driver told us there would be a restocking fee for returning the furniture & still be charged the delivery fee. We called customer service & was told the same thing. I personally went to the store to talk with a manager to try to resolve this. To this day this issue still hasn’t been resolved & there was no resolution offered by living spaces. We were very disappointed & felt we did our part by informing the sales representative at the purchase of the furniture & was told that’s no problem they can deliver the furniture upstairs. So please make sure if you are purchasing furniture for any level of your home besides the first floor to ask what the furniture weight is before purchasing.

Melissa was amazing! She was patient and helpful without pressure and she made it fun. We appreciate her help. Living spaces had a good selection of affordable furniture- - the quality of some items is hit and miss - do your homework! They have a great policy for help with quality issues and honored it- we had a bad situation and they made it right.
