I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service at LiveTrends Boutique! From the moment I connected with them, I knew I was in good hands, but Meredith Rhein took things to a new level.

She was traveling overseas on a personal trip, and I was trying to find a special plant for my wife’s birthday. Not only did Meredith help me secure a truly prized plant from across the ocean, but she did it with care, creativity, and genuine excitement to help make the moment memorable. That kind of dedication is so rare, and it didn’t stop there.

After arranging the plant we wanted, I was swamped and couldn’t find time to go pick it up. Once again, Meredith stepped up and saved the day. She personally arranged for an Uber to deliver the plant over an hour away! Talk about going above and beyond.

Love this plant boutique!! They have an amazing assortment of indoor plants, along with unique gifts and goodies for the plant lovers in your life. The staff was amazing, the plants all look happy, plus there is something around every corner. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful plants and decent prices. They come in beautiful pots and ready to go. They have a good variety of size and types of plants. The customer service was okay but could have been better. We were not greeted as we entered and as we passed by the checkout counter the girl working leaned up didn't even acknowledge anyone in the store.

Top notch experience! I reached out to Live Trends because my daughter wanted to have her birthday party here.
Meredith, the store manager emailed me quickly with information that included options for rentals or booking a private class. Our preferred date and time was available and booking was a breeze. I was invoiced quickly and received a confirmation email.
Day of the party I was texted a reminder. We arrived and everything was set up beyond our expectations. Meredith and Leif were friendly and helpful. Meredith lead the terrarium making and did a fantastic job with our group considering our ages varied from 6 to over 40.
I’d highly recommend booking a party or class at this location. I don’t have a green thumb but if I’m ever looking for a plant and/or advice to keep it healthy, Live Trends is my new go to.

This shop is the cutest!! A great selection of indoor live plants. Also, a variety of other decorative and useful items. Perfect gift shop! Staff is super nice and helpful. So glad this is part of downtown Winter Garden.

Went to the farmers market today and decided to walk into LiveTrends cause the doors were open and the aesthetic was breathtaking. As someone who’s terrified of buying plants/ keeping them alive (lol), the ladies at LiveTrends did an amazing job educating everyone in the store with any and every question they had, giving a sense of comfort to all inside. Loved the pricing AND the fact that all prices included the pot they were in as well! Also thought it was great that the pots were interchangeable so you could make any combination possible with what plant/ pot you want. Bought my first plant and excited to buy more from LiveTrends!

I come here often to purchase plants that I can’t find elsewhere and when I am in the area, but I can honestly say I have NEVER had a good experience with the employees. They would watch me walk around the store for 20+ minutes and not so much as even say hello to me. If I don’t ask for help, no one acknowledges me. This happens every single time I come in here. They will talk with everyone else who comes in after me though. I always feel invisible when I walk in here, maybe it’s because I don’t fit the demographic.

A few weeks ago, I stopped by around 8:00. The store was scheduled to close at 8:30. The boy who worked there said hey I’m getting ready to close so you guys need to leave. It was so disrespectful, I still made sure to walk around and look since there was still 30 minutes left before closing.

Customer service is the most important aspect when it comes to any job. If you can’t treat everyone with the same when they come into your store, maybe you shouldn’t be working there. I would rather shop at the other plant store around the corner where the employees will actually stop and talk to you and make you feel welcomed.
