We purchased a new car at Livermore Toyota during the Thanksgiving week. It was a smooth and pleasant experience end-to-end. Assad is a stand-up guy who anyone would love to have as a friend. He explained our options right from the start without hidden agenda. We can felt his respect and his intention to close the deal with us being happy about our own decision. Paper signing with the finance department was also easy and well organized. This place runs like an efficiently managed lean mean machine.

I recently had an amazing experience at Livermore Toyota! Having bought over 10 cars in my lifetime, I can say this was hands down the best. My salesperson, Rick, was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and totally transparent. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every aspect of my purchase. I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Mark H, who was equally helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and am already looking forward to coming back next year to buy a car for my wife. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience at livermore Toyota and feel compelled to share my story to warn others. Feb.10 I brought my car in for repairs. After the service was completed, I got into my car and immediately noticed that the driver"s seat had been moved significantly. When I tried to adjust it back, I realized the entire seat adjustment lever was missing! It was clear that someone had either damaged it or removed it during the repair process.
The next morning (2/12) I called the front desk to report the issue. To my disappointment, the staff member flatly denied any responsibility. He claimed no one had moved the seat or seen the lever, which was completely untrue. This level of dishonestly and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a dealership that claims to provide professional service.
I am deeply frustrated by this experience and feel that livermore Toyota lacks both professional ethics and basic customer care. If you are considering this dealership for repairs, I urge you to think twice. There are far more trustworthy and honest service centers out there.

I had the best salesperson, Kasey he was extremely helpful and accommodating to every need. He even help me clean out my old car. It has been years since I have purchased a car and Kasey made this experience extremely pleasant. He's patient,he answers all questions, accommodating to any needs such as refreshments etc. Great coversation effortlessly, no pressure with anything. I scheduled my 2023 Toyota Corolla for 2 recalls 1 week after my call for a Saturday morning appointment.
After my arrival 8am apt. I was advised that it my take an extra day for my vehicle be to ready and was afford a loaner. I was advised my car would be ready on Monday because Sunday the service department is closed.
Around 1:30pm I called services and was advised the part order for my vehicle recall was miss delivered to another Toyota service and my vehicle will not be ready until possibly next Wednesday. This is unacceptable, the representative who scheduled my Saturday appointment said he had to order my parts and the following Saturday was enough time for the part to arrive which it never happened, again unacceptable.
At this point I will be picking up my vehicle on Wednesday ready or not and will not be doing business with Livermore Toyota services. again, “Not happy and this lack of service needs to be addressed.”

I purchased a truck and they added a extended warranty that we specifically said that we did not want once we realized that they did this we immediately called and asked to have this removed. I made over 50 calls only to be ignored and ignored . One month later still not resolved. No return calls, no follow up. I would NEVER recommend buying a car from this location. The most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with!!! Do not buy from this location
