A very well maintained and nicely manicured campground with 21 paved, camping sites. There is a boat launch to the Feather River for added camping activities.

Stopped in to check out the facilities. What a great little site. Easy access for boat launching. This place is a hidden gem with lots of amenities and hardly anyone there.

We choose this place for our kids first ever camping trip. Its only 4 mins away from our house which I love, its absolutely beautiful out there. Every space has at least 2 tables a fire pit, bbq grill, water spicket.and a portable potty for a bathroom that is so clean it looked brand new. That surprised me. We even checked the others and the same. This campground is so clean and beautiful. The camp host was very nice and accommodating. We can't wait to go back. Its a nice little slice of heaven getaway in your own towns backyard ❤

Great place for family and friends to enjoy. Very cheap day rates. Nice short trail takes you to a beach area on the river.

Beautiful camp ground guy that ran it was an amazing host. Beautiful trees, grass was always green. Sad to see the campgrounds are closed. And the guy is gone. It was our favorite place to go.
A year later and the place is garbage. Grass over grown, fire pits over grown, lots of bugs, ticks, pinched bugs, porta potties filled to the top, no toilet paper, very dissatisfied won't be back here

I was excited to go camping where my boyfriend did as a child, until the caretaker came home. Didn't have the forms needed to pay harassed us about my chihuaha being off leash in my camp never more then a foot away from me. Just like her dog. The garbage cans full grass over grown trash outhouses a mess and caretaker abusive . Said our dog was unmanageable and I was argumentative so we had to leave immediately. As we where leaving I asked her name so I could report her and she threw rocks at us ryelled raised her hand to hit me and kept our $45 we paid for three days. I still have no response from office after a week . I guess if you want to be yelled at abused and then ripped off and made to leave after dark this place is the one to be.

Beautiful , quite & very clean. The camp host does his job very well. I thought the park had all new grills .But no he just keeps everything so very nice and neat. But be warned ,don't think you can just come for the day or night without paying .This guy does his job. Plus they have free life jackets for day use for the kids to keep them safe. Thank You Sutter Co.
