This place is a dump. Dont waste your time. Not organized.. very Dirty!
Staff were not helpful at all and prices are way too high! Not ideal for resell you wont get your money worth and it takes a long time to review your resell items for just to receive few dollars . I Witnessed few resell customers walk out very upset. & The blond who works behind the counter ,she was the rudest person I have ever met , she must hate her job , she acted like I was bothering her 🤷🏼‍♀️. Oh well i wasn’t expecting much anyways , should’ve known how my shopping experience would go , when as soon as I walked in ..all I could smell was urine .. totally disgusting never returning here& told all my family and friends about this horrible place .

Friendly owner.
Great selection.
Easy purchase.
Save yourself some time and come down in person to this gem of a store. They always have great treasures competitively priced for my kids. I have been shopping here for years. Find them in IG to snag gear or come in person and be wowed by the selection of quality Yorba Linda gently used items for a fraction of the price. They do a good job of selecting good gear and pricing it so it is still a deal for the buyer.

I absolutely love this place! The ladies who run it are so kind and helpful! I always always find something there and I love consigning so I can use a credit towards my next purchase. They are also all about supporting their community and I love supporting them every chance I get!

This was the first time I had ever tried to sell anything with q’s closet. After I dropped of my things someone from the shop called me a week or so later and left me a voicemail. Her tone of voice was rude and sounded annoyed as she said my clothes were stained. Babies stain everything by the way and I didn’t think my things were in bad condition. I was turned off and dissapointed and called back a few days later. Again, she sounded condescending and rude and, despite me totally understanding and accepting that my clothes couldn’t sell, she proceeded to tell me again that they were “very very stained” and sounded really frustrated that apparently the pick up for donations has already come. I felt really down and kind of offended after talking to her. I just wanted to try to make a little money back as a stay at home mom.
