This is a lovely store! Beautiful things and normal prices. Staff was peasant. Ignore negative reviews. Obviously someone has a personal issue with the business. We shop boutiques OFTEN and this one is our new favorite.

If you want low quality, CHEAP items at boutique prices, just visit A Little Bird Boutique in Saraland!!! I purchased earrings from here along with a bunch of clothes. I went to wear the earrings. I take one out of the package and put it in as usual. Except I couldn’t put it in bc the earring broke in half. I never got to wear them. I left the other earring in the package and put it and the broken earring in a zip lock to return, exchange, get a replacement, SOMETHING. I bring it back and the owner says it’s past the TEN day return period, and that was the only explanation I was given. She was very unprofessional and the customer service was nonexistent. I left the 1 1/2 earrings there on the counter (bc what am I going to do with that?!), and I won’t be back ?

Very rude service. Never spoke to us at all. Others came in and left and they also were never spoken to. I went to the counter to check out will over 130.00 of items and I had to say hello how are you doing ? She answered with one word “Fine” She told me my total and I paid and she put the bag on the counter and did not say a word. I looked at her and said Thank you and she only said Have a great day and nothing else. There are a lot of friendly boutiques in Saraland and I will not be going back there
