Stopped here earlier today for fuel and a shower. They sell One9 fuel now, so I get points in my loyalty card. The shower was a different story unfortunately. It was probably the dirtiest most awful shower room experience I have had in probably 10+ years. The fiberglass shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned since this place was originally built. Tiles were missing and broken. There was a biology experiment growing under the sink. If I hadn’t had a shower in 2 days, I would have walked out. Glad I had shower shoes. I didn’t touch anything. I had planned on eating lunch here after my shower, but after that experience, I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen was. It’s really too bad. The people were friendly, which is the only reason I gave my review a second star. This will be on my “never return to” list.

Very disappointed.

Did NOT live up to my expectations for a One 9 Fuel station.

The restroom and station are the worst I've experienced for a One 9 location.

The attendant said the auto fuel side did NOT qualify for Pilot Rewards even though the fuel pumps are One 9 branded.

Do NOT stop here if you are pulling a trailer. All the trailers while we were there had to back out after fueling as there was no room to pull forward and turn after fueling.

Quiet little truck stop. The restaurant has fabulous authentic homemade food. I had the enchiladas with the red sauce! It was delicious! Their homemade salsa is one of the best I have ever tasted. And is also available for purchase. The staff is amazing. Our server Kay is beautiful inside and out! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to her. Passed thru several times and it’s always a very pleasant experience. Lots of truck parking. And then the SHOWERs which are located in a connected building that you need 2 keys. They were so awful I will not post the photos I took!!!I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy (if I had one) use those facilities. It’s clear the restaurant is run by different entities than the fuel and convenient store area. Shame on the owners of ONE9 Fuel Network. You’re giving Pilot and ONE9 a horrible name. Negative 1000+ stars to you!🤬😤

I stop here anytime I drive through New Mexico. They have an extensive snack, drink, and toiletry selection for travelers. Super sweet and upbeat staff, good food, great merchandise shirts. It's a unique place and worth the stop when you're traveling!

I would give a negative star if it was available. The truck stop has tumbled downhill. I wanted a Diet Dr. Pepper fountain drink, but the machine wasn't working. I settled for an iced tea instead. The service sucks.
Update;
The restaurant has lost a customer. After waiting an hour for a sandwich which never arrived, I paid for my tea and left. The fountain machine is still not working, they don't know how to stock soda syrup. This place was once a good place to stop, then the Punjabis took over. I'm going down the road to Blake's.

Was very disappointed with our order. Ordered two smothered burritos for dinner they came with rice n beans. Problem was it was only half of a serving of rice it wasn’t worth the money paid. Usually it’s pretty awesome but today ya fell really short on the the serving sizes of sides. I hope ya do better next time.

I stopped in today to see if they improved and they did portions were absolutely terrific and it was way more presentable as far as the presentation of a platter in a to go box. Thank you. Our take out person was also very very pleasant and provided all the bells and whistles that came with our dinner. A+ tonight guys.

Bathrooms closed. Showers closed, due to " no water" but plenty of water for the kitchen and restaurant Yes, there's a lot of trinkets and unusual things here, but it's a rough old, old place with parking which is great but not sure it deserves five stars even with a bathroom. To the gentleman who claimed ( Paul Pitt) other reviewers were just steering wheel holders, yea, you couldn't be more wrong with this reviewer. They needed to have an option for a bathroom if no water is available, period.
