We stumbled upon Lindy’s when looking for fine jewelry in Fernandina. It was a Saturday so they were very busy being on the main street downtown. But that gave us time to look at everything & narrow down what we wanted to see & try on. The lighting could be a lot better, we had to keep taking pieces to the window to get proper lighting. After taking some time we found a collection of unique pieces & left very happy! Pics with descriptions attached. Definitely recommend stopping in! 🤩

Shopping at Lindy’s was a good experience the first time, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience trying to exchange the pair of diamond earrings we purchased because one of the clasps wasn’t closing properly. The employee who was working at the time of the incident accused us of breaking the earrings because “gold is malleable” (in an incredibly rude and condescending tone of voice) and said “well I know it was straight when I sold it to you” (when she wasn’t who sold us to them the first time). She then took them to the back to bend the post with a pair of pliers, which doesn’t really instill confidence in the quality of a piece of fine jewelry. When she brought them back out, it didn’t even close the same way as the other earring, but we were told “well I can hear it click”. After bringing my fiancé nearly to tears, no one apologized for the experience and we now have a random assortment of other pieces from trying meet the ticket price of the original earrings, since they have an exchange only policy.

The owner eventually came out to assist in picking pieces, seemingly unaware of the horrendous experience that just occurred, so hopefully our negative experience was isolated to one bad apple.

I love the uniqueness of Lindy’s. It’s a great selection of handpicked jewelry and covers so many styles and choices. When I’m choosing a special gift for a special person, I think of Lindy’s. The owner and the staff are very helpful and you know that they are experienced in the field. Always a pleasant experience for me. I also like that they maintain wish lists to make shopping easier!

This is my absolute favorite jewelry store. I have been shopping at Lindy's since I first moved to Florida in 2002. Besides purchasing new jewelry, Lindy has helped me re-design some of my existing pieces. She has an incredible selection from designers that you can't find anywhere else in the area. I trust Lindy and her team completely and I highly recommend them!

My wife and I just had an amazing experience at Lindy's. We recently travelled back to Amelia for the winter. My wife packed 5-6 of her necklaces for the trip. They all had magnet clasps and when we arrived they were all tangled up. She spent a half of day trying to untangle without any success. So, I spent another day trying my hand but only made the situation worse. We asked a friend for a recommendation on a good jeweler on the Island and they recommended Lindy's. While it took them a little time they amazingly got the job done. All the staff were interested in helping in the task. When we tried to pay they refused and said just shop with us sometime. I was blown away and we will certainly be shopping there this holiday season.

Excellent customer service is alive and well on the Island!!

While on a short vacation with my family, we stopped in to Lindy's and my nervous nine year old got her ears pierced for the first time. The staff was so very sweet and accommodating. They made it an exceptional experience for us! It did not hurt that the store is absolutely beautiful!

I love Lindys - such a sweet and lovely jewelry boutique. Their selection is expansive and the quality of their selection is pretty remarkable. I can't wait to go back sometime. What I love most is the care and TLC from their consultants - Jordy and Lynn were there to assist me with decisions and they are knowledgeable, patient and fun! Our yearly family vacation to Amelia Island has always included a trip to Lindy's Jewelry in Fernandina Beach. When my daughter was going to celebrate a milestone birthday, I reached out to Jordann at Lindy's to help me choose a special gift for the occasion. After many phone calls and photographs, we were able to narrow down two gorgeous rings that perfectly complimented my daughter's taste and style from which to choose. Although there are many lovely jewelry stores in my own home state, Lindy's pieces are unique, fun, and special. Jordann was able to understand immediately what I was looking for and super helpful despite the long distance (and ultimate final purchase delay due to COVID travel restrictions). When I was finally able to make it to the store with my daughter, it was amazingly helpful to find that Jordann had held our choices (with deposit) so that my daughter could make her decision in person.
