Linda is the most amazing realtor. She’s highly professional, experienced and gets the job done right while also being very patient, kind and sensitive to the your needs and the fact that selling your home is an emotional experience. I trusted her and felt like I was in the very best hands every step of the way. Her marketing skills are impeccable and she sold our co-op in Fort Lee, NJ within one week. There really isn’t anyone who helped us more in the house buying process than Linda Stamker. She has unviable advise and guidance that helped us every step of the way. She explained every part of the process to us and recommended us the best people you need for the process such as lawyers, contractors, etc. whatever we needed Linda gave it to us. She’s insanely attentive on the phone and has endless patience for our questions as the process was insanely new to us. There’s nobody better to use than Linda. Do. Whatever she says!

Linda is my friend/coworker’s neighbor and that is how we met when I was looking to buy a home six years ago. She is professional, responsive, trustworthy and will work hard for you. She is very personable and caring. We found a wonderful home for our family which we loved living in for six years. Due to a job change, we needed to relocate out of state this year and the only realtor we called was Linda. She did a phenomenal job advising us on various things like listing/pricing, how to prepare our home for sale, and she also coordinated and paid for professional photos and videos to be taken as well as having brochures made. She respected the way that I wanted my house showings done and she sold our home in three days over one weekend with multiple offers. Moving is stressful but the purchase and sale of our home was not. Thank you Linda for a great done on both ends. We’ve come full circle now.

We were moving from NY to NJ to be closer to family and we needed a broker to help us find that just-right co-op in that just-right location. From the moment we were introduced to Linda, we knew she would be the just-right person to help us. Before she started showing us places to live, she wanted to know more about us so that she could match us with the right apartment. She understood our needs and wants and she got to work immediately. Within a few days, she had lined up some apartments for us to see in Fort Lee and we ended up buying one of them.
Throughout the process, Linda was completely honest and treated us as friends rather than clients. She promptly answered all of our many questions and concerns with abundant patience.
