First impressions... Terrible customer service. I guess they think only the q tips have money to spend there. No acknowledgement when I first entered and stepped out to comfort my toddler who was crying, while outside another individual entered and someone from the back came out to help the customer that came in after me… yet while I was inside this employee was never called out to help me.

We bought my wedding ring here 9 years ago and then a few years ago I ordered an additional band over the phone. I don’t live in state but when I come back every year I always take my rings to Lincoln to have them cleaned. This trip to CA I had them resize it for me. They’re very helpful and do quality work compared to other places I’ve been around the country.

Went in to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I also had warped another ring I had and was looking at cost of fixing it. They were very friendly and provided rapid, good service.

They repaired my wife's wedding band that had a loose diamond. Very reasonable price and the turn around was about 10 days. I'd recommend this place. They have new jewelry as well as used consignment pieces.

Will never recommend this jewelry store to anyone. I went in to see if they could cut my ring off. The lady said that the jeweler just left. I couldn't go back the next day. So I called Thursday, left a message to have them call me back. Here it is Sunday, and still not a call from them. Went somewhere else tohave my ring cut off. Was VERY SATISFIED on how they treated me. Will definitely go back to get my ring resized and fixed.
