Erin at lighthouse liquors is the type of employee all employers should be so lucky to have. We came in today and she was not only friendly, but when they didn't have the exact brand we were looking for she had a great reccomendation, and when we were still hesitant about buying something different she went an extra step to pull up additional information about the liquor so we could make sure we bought the right thing. She also promoted their social media channels to me and you could tell she cared about the business and it's success. We will definitely be making this our go-to liquor store because of how lovely and helpful Erin is!

Lighthouse Liquors and Wines in Athens, NY, is an absolute local gem! Erin is so warm, welcoming, and passionate about her work. I was blown away that she remembered my name after just a few very brief visits prior. She helped me pick the perfect wine for the evening, a wonderful Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and even shared interesting facts about the wine and its region. Such a thoughtful and personalized experience—I can’t recommend this shop enough!

Stopped in Lighthouse Liquors with my girlfriend when passing through town on a weekend trip upstate. Great shop for wine & liquor! We were in the area and wanted a case of wine for our stay nearby. The owner, Amir, patiently advised us and help us pick 12 great bottles in our price range. We also got two bottles of gin for cucumber mint martinis. Yum!

I was amazed at the selection in this charming store (a range of Japanese whisky even!) and the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service made me want to come back.
