Love the selection, my son was in heaven with the different team's logos and I have to say the different colors are perfect for anyone's style. Super nice atmosphere to browse too

I bought two hats today from a different store (because they did not have them) took them to get embroidered at the downstairs lids and the guy messed them up badly and made me take them to the lids up stairs. The upstairs guy was super nice. But he was unable to fix the other guy’s mistake (he did try to fix it tho).
And told me to go down stairs to get a refund at the one downstairs. The guy down stairs literally was arguing with me about getting a refund and called his manager (who was not there) and told her the hats looked fine. But luckily the manager took care of it. But the guy downstairs his attitude was horrible.
I have never left a review anywhere but this was horrible service at the downstairs lids.

The Lids on the top floor of the mall is the best lids I’ve been too . Today I came in looking to exchange a new hat I had but it had a custom design on the side after going to many stores and being denied this store gave me a exchange and also put the same custom design on the new hat free of charge they are amazing !! Definitely go check them out they also have amazing deals going on

A great store for almost any type of baseball cap with all sports and many other companies. They even make custom hats with your logo or design. The people there are very helpful

Customer service at its best! Tommy was extremely helpful and took care of our embroidery needs. Our hats came out better then we thought. His ideas were on point once the job was completed. A huge shout out to him and the rest of the staff at Lids!

Hi everyone. So I was looking for a special gift for my nephew who graduates high school today. He likes Cowboys and dodgers so I came to Lids looking for some things. Instantly I had Tommy greet me and asked if I needed any help. He was great helping us and he found a jersey that he didn't know for sure if he had in stock or not it was a great experience at the store and I recommend everybody to come to the Promenade in Temecula to the Lids store for any sports gear and ask for Tommy.
