We called in just after tge store opened & was greeted cheerily by Donna. What an asset she is to this store. We're from the UK and was passing through. I'd had poor service in one of the Levi outlet stores at home so was a little apprehensive but Donna was fantastic. I explained what style of jeans I liked she knew exactly what I wanted picked my correct size & they fit perfectly! She was also busy helping other customers too. Thank you Donna💫 🌟 🌟💫

I have shopped at this location before with no problems at all and actually never had a bad experience. I went to the store to return a pair of jeans that were not worn with the tags on. They didn't have my size so I was told I could receive a store credit for 29.99. I asked the worker if I could I find a different pair of jeans in my size and I would pay the difference. She asked another employee and she said I couldn't do that. She said that since I bought the pants online I would have to return them online because they use different banks. I never heard that before but I took her word for it. I left the store but her answer didn't sit well with me. I looked up their return policy and she basically lied to my face. I was upset wondering why would she lie to me and why would the other employee allow her to do so as well. I returned to the store to ask why I was lied to and there was nothing they could say. I then asked if she didn't want to take my return because I am black with tattoos and then the focus turned on me. Now its my fault for asking a question that seemed relevant. I was then given a 17 dollar credit and asked to leave the store. I told the employee I didn't want the 17 dollar credit I wanted my pants back and she refused to give me back my pants. She called for security and I waited outside in front of the store. The security guard was a joke to say the least. He said that I shouldn't have used the race card then he asked me if I can read. I didn't even waste my time entertaining him with his ignorance. I will never shop at Levi's again. I know they don't need my money but no one should have to be treated unfairly based on race/religion/sexuality etc. Black people be aware of the racial profiling by some of their employees at the Barstow location.

We bought everything we drove up to get . The service was horrible, when we walked in no hello or acknowledge we even entered the building. The lady just acted like we weren't there. I wouldn't have spent any money if we didnt drive such a long way for my husband to get jeans. Customer service is horrible and if you have to spend gas to get there dont come.

As a trucker there are not a lot good shops to reach. But with a little bit of luck you can park for a little bit next to the holiday inn and walk to the store, the girl who helped me was really good in her job, no selling tactics what so ever! They just know what you need! Absolutely, if you're in the search for good service and clothes go here!!!

Three things
1. Employee on the phone, not greeting customers and to worried about paying rent with money gram.
2. Fitting rooms always out of service when nobody around them shut down Fitting rooms.
3. Nobody said bye, have a good day.
Don't shop here, why would I buy something if I don't know if it fits me and I don't even live out here. Where would I even take it back, ship a return no thank you.
