Wonderful friendly people. My truck broke down and Les Schwab was the only place in this small town to go to. They looked at it, determined that they did not have the specific tool which Toyota is famous for doing. They stored it over night and all of this for free. When I got it to the nearest Toyota shop, I was charged $185.00 just to look at it.

We had a flat on our trailer yesterday down in Hawthorn Nevada so I put on my spare and went on. Many miles later just outside Susanville we stopped at the rest area for a quick break and noticed a tire on the other side was separating and about to blow. We only carry one spare and it was getting late. We still have over 300 miles to go. We called LES SCHWAB Tire in SUSANVILLE at 5:50. Matt answered said they were still working and to get there asap. We arrived at 6:05 and three young men with smiles greeted us and promptly went to work. They determined that the other two tires were also beginning to separate. I asked if they were willing to do all 4 and they said no problem. We were done, paid, and driving out of the lot at 6:30!! 25 minutes start to finish for four trailer tires AFTER HOURS! These guys were AWESOME!

RV friendly !!! We had a mishap with chains on our tires and were in serious need of new tires. We made the call when we were about an hour away and they held a set for us. We rolled in and sat in the lobby with our two dogs while Betty got some new shoes. While we were waiting an employee took the time to find us the best and safest way to our destination. She checked out road closures and which way would require chains. Customer service was excellent

The customer service at this Les Schwab is outstanding. They were all very kind, the employees that walked by as I sat in the waiting room all greeted me with a smile. I felt very comfortable and at home. Bryan was very helpful when it came to patching up my tire, and reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that I didn't need to worry, my tire still had a long ways to go before needing to replace it with a new one. I definitely recommend this Les Swab, and I will definitely be going back.

Brought in my 2014 mustang 2 separate times with a flat tire ,they didn’t charge me at all both times. Got it done with in an hour and the costumer service was awesome

The ladies at the desk were amazing. They took such good care of me! The technician was awesome, too. I thought I needed a lot of work on my car, but once he checked it out thoroughly, he only found ONE thing that needed fixing. Honesty is very hard to find in the auto care business, and I was beyond pleased with this business in that regard. I went in expecting to pay an arm and a leg but ended up only paying a wrist's worth! 😆 I feel good knowing my car is safe for my daughter to drive and my grandkids to ride in. Especially with winter on its way, which is treacherous here! Thanks, Les Schwab staff! I'll be back!
