You have to scale as soon as you're coming in. Have your pick up number ready or it will cause a little delay for you. I was early for my pickup approximately thirty minutes but it still took over three hours to complete the loading process.
Once I got in the gate to get loaded.I parked 3 different times 1 time.Because you have to Check-in with the office.Second time because the dock door wasn't working so I had to go to a different dock. The space is kind of limited in the loading area but it isn't too bad.
After getting loaded, Take a pic of your seal and Present it to the office for pw, which takes about twenty minutes more.

Got here 4 hours b4 pu time, got checked in right away. First they need you to stop at the first stop sighn than use the phone to call the guard shack. Give info, than they will direct you to weigh in your truck on the left side sooooo you'll have to back up to align straight, exel by axel than tally it up. Than proceed to the gate where they will give you a sign in paper... the rest is history, lol . Bathrooms and vending machines are available.

Convenient location for parking. There is free night parking. Before entering the entrance on the scales - fixing weight of each axle. Then check in at the security and then check in at the office on the second floor. Unload quickly. When you leave, you also weigh.

One of the worse experience with this receiving company! Appointment at 7am got stood by security filling up their forms which took 15 or so minutes. Also parking the truck before entering the shipper/ receiver office. Past 12 noon now have not received a door yet ! Looking into who to complain about things like this in New Mexico which needs to be addressed!
Other receivers give time if your late 1 hour than yeah I understand.
The staff with the glasses were really nice.
Please make sure your trailer is clean before checking in. Talk to another driver he said I have a small corn leaves and they make him go get a washout.

The truth is that it is my third time here, there were incidents of delays and other things, but this time I waited for 30 hours for when they wanted to load the last time I waited for 10 hours and then they treat you very badly, I think the owners of the establishment are rude. God forgive you.

I am gonna keep it 💯worst place to pick up load they take their sweet time I being here almost 7hours still no dock 🤦‍♂️I didn’t bring no food I had to cook myself Beans to stay Energized I’ll never come this place again Never 👎 Again

Drivers come here with full diesel tanks. They will load overweight and will wait 10+ hours to remove your overweight , because they want to load 46000 in your trailer. If you don't have diesel to drive is your problem. The most important thing is to load as much as posible

This place was awesome got loaded less than 30min and I was a day late picking up my load. They have great attitudes also. They do have parking for the drivers there also just keep ur trash in your truck not on there grounds
