Arrived at 8:30 for 9am appt. Was given a door @ 9am loaded and bills in hand by 9:56 Ive never had to wait here for hours like others have so I dunno what the deal is…

If it’s your first time:
Pull onto scale and check in with guard shack. Have your tractor license plate # ready they will give you a form to fill out to take

They will give you a map and send you to shipping/receiving (now located on the bottom floor south of the stairway)

Stage off to the side and they will call you with a door. Have load locks in the back. Loaded will confirm pallet organization with you and load.

Wrost company ever
I have check-in at 2 in afternoon and I never get a call untill 8 but after words they loose my paper which I given to them before then they loose it and some stupid reason they saying we are busy we loose it go back again n do scale so redicolous never ever seen and the office staff is rude unprofessional no manners at all
They took over 11 hr just to get loaded

No respect for your trailer. Damn near felt like they was an accident back there the whole time. The check in lady at the shack was very nice but everybody else after that needs to learn to smile a little and change the attitude.

Worst place to do any pickups. I had delivery here which went smoothly and then pickup from same place. My appt was at 3:30pm but i was there early at 12pm because i just delivered there, but they didnt care about that they still made me wait until 3:30 to give me door even though they had empty doors. Then they took 3 hours to load. Try to avoid this place horrible customer service too. Old lady needs to retire.

I just gotta say that last night (6/3/2024) was the worst night I've ever experienced for a load pickup at this location. I'll admit that I was late, but they had me waiting for 10 hours just to get me loaded. On top of this, when I go into the office to ask how much longer until I get called to a door, they just keep giving me excuses that there are still a few drivers ahead of me and they are not sure when will be my turn to dock to get loaded. I've been to this place multiple times in the past and usually if you are late, they still do a good job of getting you loaded and out of that place within 4 hours or less after your appointment time. However, last night was not the case and it was sooo bad and unprofessional... FYI to all the truck drivers, try not to be late because Leprino Foods love to punished truck drivers who are late for their appointment time, and they don't care about your time. I give this place 1 star for their customers service for last night action.

They don't answer the phone anytime someone calls. The employees don't know where the closest truck stops/parking is. They are very rough loading your trailer, so dont expect to get a nap in. They will not take you more than an hour before your appointment, so if you're going to be early, just stop by the truck stops and wait..

For any newbie to Leprino / Lemoore: (the process)

* Drive onto scale and stop / Get out and check in with security. Note: You need your license # from your truck.
* The guard gives you a piece of paper and a map. The paper you fill out before going into shipping / receiving office. (Name, Phone#, Truck #, Pick Up#)
* Walk into shipping / receiving office which is around the corner of the tall building by Dock#2 and they check you in.
* Once appointment time comes the office calls w/ a dock number.
* Bump dock (1535)
* When loaded phone call to get paperwork
*Out the gate

Noted:
Parking on street or dirt lot across from a convenience store (Valero) on the corner.
