Walked in to a LensCrafters because I had a bunch of eyeglasses that needed fixes (nose pad missing, side fell off). Super quick and easy and FREE process from LensCrafters right in the mall. Easy entry and exit from the back side of the Lakewood mall. Alfonso immediately came to help, quickly repaired them all no questions asked, and was super pleasant the entire time. I was in and out within like 10 minutes. Thank you Alfonso!

Very poor customer service at the Lakewood Center branch. No one answers the phone and you can only leave a message and it says someone will call you back in 2 days.

Update: After getting in touch with the store. I was told that they did text me on 10/31, however they had not updated their system with my current number. Once all of that was worked out Alfonso the store manager walked me through all the steps he did to help me with my situation. He has saved himself a customer. I have used this store for the past several years and never had an issue. I have to say that Alfonso is an asset to the Lensecrafters staff. He is very well versed in customer attention and service.

One thing I don't do anymore is beg for basic service. I came into the store today looking to buy a frame/fill frame and fill a second. nobody acknowledged me. yet they did to the older couples that came in? I went to desk and asked for help. The lady opened up the case and left. Smhhhh horrific service. I wont ever spend penny here. They act like they don't want my money. OK coool.

Been coming here Eve year for my prescription glasses. However this time my lenses were not covered by my insurance . So I paid on my own but unable to get tge warranty

Glasses wearers around the world know that when your glasses are broken, your existence is literally inconvenienced! Walked into LensCrafters ask for some help replacing a temple and they were so generous and caring. Got me out of there in 7 min flat with clean glasses that no longer had to held together with tape.
