My wife and daughter, both hardworking nurses, decided to treat themselves to a shopping trip at this boutique after getting their nails done to find outfits for the upcoming Kentucky Derby in Louisville Kentucky. Unfortunately, their experience was far from enjoyable.

Right from the start, they felt an uncomfortable tension in the air. Instead of being greeted warmly, they were closely followed by staff members who seemed to suspect they were going to steal something. This intrusive behavior not only made them feel unwelcome but also overshadowed the excitement of finding the perfect Derby attire.

Both of them were looking for elegant dresses and stylish attire and while they had some ideas in mind, they felt too anxious to ask for help because of the constant surveillance. It’s disheartening that, as dedicated nurses who spend their days caring for others, they were treated with such distrust while simply trying to enjoy a day out.

In the end, they left the boutique disappointed. I would not recommend this boutique for anyone seeking a pleasant shopping experience, especially if you want to feel valued as a customer.

Leah is super nice and has cute clothes and nice shoes/boots. I bought an LV lock necklace and she switched out the clasp to a larger one and added extra links to the necklace for me! I have trouble with my right hand not cooperating sometimes so it has been super helpful in wearing the necklace! Great customer service and awesome boutique! Unique and fun to shop at Leah’s. I’m all over the place when I shop ..trying on shoes and asking questions and she was super helpful and didn’t seem to get aggravated with me even though it was minutes before closing time before Christmas! I will definitely return to see the new spring arrivals and they have GREAT sales with large discounts in the clearance room which I love !!

Great designer brands, great service (they helped me put an outfit together for my sister-in-law and mother-in-law this past Christmas), great sales and discounts on the hottest brands! And It's a fun place to shop: you'll feel like you're hanging out with your besties even if you're new to Leah's. They also carry amazing, drool-worthy cowboy boots, tennis shoes, sandals, and pumps and seriously enviable accessories; I won't even get started on all the Chanel and Louis Vuitton jewelry. You have to see for yourself!
