My husband and I stopped by this store a few minutes ago to get some ice cream, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. As we approached, there were about five people standing near the entrance, making it seem like the store was closed. A lady even blocked the doorway, and when we opened the door, she just stared at us without saying anything.

The staff were extremely unfriendly. They continued speaking among themselves in Spanish and didn’t acknowledge us at all. The person who served us didn’t greet us or respond to our greeting, instead staying engaged in conversation with the others near the door.

To make matters worse, the ice cream cones were terrible, the ice cream seemed refrozen, and the cones were stuck together. And at $4.99 per cone, we paid over $10 for something that wasn’t even enjoyable. The lack of customer service and poor quality of the ice cream made this a very unpleasant visit. We definitely won’t be returning.

My favorite smoke shop in Miami. They always have the best selection, great prices, fantastic customer service and the owner is wonderful. 12/10 recommend. I don’t go anywhere else.

One of the best stores in Miami they got everything from a smoke shop to fresh coffee and snacks and the prices are very good and the owner is super nice and helpful I always get my vapes from them because they’re a great price definitely check it out if your in the area

Been coming here on&off for 28yrs. I've had the honor of know'n previous owners&staff, they'll always be in my💛. Ownership & staff changed in 2023. They remodeled & revamped the store, offer a large selection of products, (even Cuban Cofffee & Bakery goods🤤) & have competitive prices. Staff is always friendly.🙂👍

Very good convenience store with all of your necessities. Very nice Spanish drink selections as well as tobacco, vape, and alcohol choices. Sarah was very friendly and helpful. If you’re in the Miami area definitely check it out.
