This place is dirty, not enough carts to use to transport clothes from washers to dryers. It is hard when there is not at least one staff member present to ask for assistance when needed or to keep place organized and clean. It would be nice to have some good ENGLISH movies playing. Everywhere you go there is always Spanish programs. People get with the program.

I have no clue how this place stull has 4 stars it so run down and there is never anyone in the inside running the place just this one weird dude who's not helpful at all it always dirty machines eat tour change it use to be a nice place not anymore

Very bad service people had clothes in the dryers place closes at 8 pm the lady working was making people take there damp clothes out so she could close.

Very clean for the most part. Customer service depends on who is working. It use to stay open until 9. Now it closes at 8. Th lady who works there wouldn't let me dry. I only requested the last 10 mins at 7:50 PM. She said it was too late because they already started cleaning the machines. I didn't have but a few clothes and requested 10 mins. I hope they will start valuing the idea of customer retention instead of the closing lady's ego. I am sure it takes at least 20 mins to clean after 8 anyway. Staff members in the past have let me dry as long as clothes were washed before closing. All I wanted was 10 mins.

Don't even waste your money it is an absolute waste of a car wash!! Do not recommend and if I could give it a negative star I would! Drove into town and went to a real car wash and got my truck clean.. this car wash doesn't do anything but rinse your vehicle off with soap and clear water... even the blowers at this car wash doesn't blow the water off of the vehicle completely!

I have lived in Chaparral a lil over a year I like going to Laundromat for my comforters and sheets and it used to be so clean I felt comfortable washing my laundry there you can tell the owners took pride in cleanliness but now it's gotten so dirty the washing machines need cleaning and so do detergent dispensers filthy full of gunk. Hopefully owners read this.
