I accidently left an unwashed item in a washing machine. I went back to get and they washed and dried it without my consent and charged me $10 to get it back. Seems like a deceitful tactic for a few dollars on the margin when they could have just put it on top of the machine in the state it was left. If the policy is to extort customers for garments left behind at least have the decency to state that upfront.

I was so happy with Laundry Express this week. I dropped off a wash and fold order which I needed done rather quickly. Not only did they complete my laundry in record time but had it perfectly folded and packed for me to pick up. The employees were courteous, the laundromat was clean, and the price was right!!! This was my first time using this service but it certainly won't be my last!!! I'm looking forward to using their services again!!!

Great place and nice staff. I accidentally left my drivers license and they went through a lot of trouble to try to get it back to me. I am very grateful they did!!! It is very clean and comfortable. They have a nice selection of books and magazines to read while you do your laundry. Everyone is very kind and has a smile. I will definitely continue to do my laundry there!!!

Just had a wonderful experience working with Laundry Express! I had a pick up and drop off service at the last minute because my washing machine broke. The service was excellent! Not Going Back Here Again....Ever!
I had been going there every week for years. They supposedly charge $1.25 per pound for wash and fold. New owners took over in December 2018. I noticed they we billing differently. The bills seemed to be higher every week for the last few weeks. The bills were showing I was being billed in 10 pound increments NOT the actual pounds weighed. So I brought home my last order. I was charged $25 (2 orders @ 10 lbs). So I weighed my order in the bag when I got home and it was 15 pounds. So instead of paying the $1.25 per pound I should have been paying I was charged $1.66 per pound. So if you use the wash and fold make sure they weigh your order in front of you before you pay. Otherwise you are most likely being over charged. When I spoke to the young lady working there I said I'd like to speak with the owner. She claimed she did not have a number to reach them. How convenient!

I highly recommend Laundry Express - the wash and fold service has been a lifesaver for our family! They offer superior customer service and the owners are so friendly. The service drives to your home, picks up your clothes and drops the laundered clothes off at your doorstep. Such a huge help for our family!

I used Laundry Express for the past few months since I had a medical problem & could not go up and down stairs to the basement to reach my washer & dryer. They did a wonderful job & scheduled a weekly pickup and drop off. My clothes returned looking lovely and I would recommend anyone to try their service.

I love the ability to have pick up and drop off. They pay attention to my needs and directions for my laundry. Alot of my laundry doesn't get dried so they will air dry as best as they can and if still damp on drop off I can hang them on my drying racks. Thank you Rebecca for taking care of me and all the girls that wash dry and fold! 😊
